I go here for recurring battery related issues (because it is in a convenient location). Whereas I remain having issues and another mechanic has identified a drain. This legitimately I may give them the benefit of the doubt. On my latest trip I ask to also check for inspection. When I get an inspection later, I find out my left brake light wasn't working so I end up paying on the spot for an replacement.I call Sergio's and ask what happened and they say "oh he was busy". Why was I not informed? Why is it on my invoice then?They also have crazy prices. For example, triple digits for a car mirror replacement (just the glass) so I just did it myself. I understand I am also paying for labour+knowledge+training but this is excessive.

I had a great experience with Sergio's Auto Repair. Very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fast services. I brought my car in, they took good care of me right away, and I was able to go back to work that day. Having car issues is stressful, I felt blessed that day I took my car to them. I highly recommend them. Great service!

I went to Sergio's Saturday afternoon for a quick patch up for one of my tires. Right when I walked in I was welcomed and was told I would be assisted soon. It took no more than 30 minutes and I was out the door. The receptionist and staff were friendly and even gave me a business card. Just a few days later, I was even texted by Sergio himself to follow up on just a quick tire patch up. Meaningful gestures like these are what make customers loyal to your business! ?

Best around! It’s hard finding an honest mechanic and Sergio and his team are honest and so empathetic and kind. They understand car repair is anxiety provoking and expensive so they do whatever they can to give you the lowest rate they can while also maintaining high quality work. Went in for a broken passenger mirror. The dealership wanted an insane amount of money to fix the problem. Sergio charged me less than half that. Sergio cares and he makes it very apparent. I was in and out in an hour. Can’t recommend this guy and his team enough.Service: Side view mirror repair

I am so lucky I live near this auto repair shop - Sergio has helped me with so much on my car. He has repaired my car following a minor accident (replaced the rear axle), done routine maintenance work (replaced all brake pads and rotors), and the shop does minor things like inspect and patch a flat tire quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very fair and the quality of work is great. My car has been around for a while and I trust Sergio to keep it running for many more years.

This shop does great work and most of all honest! Being a woman and knowing nothing about cars, I come here and feel confident that I will be treated fairly and will not be sold something I don’t need! GREAT place!!!

Went there late Saturday and they still made an effort to take a look at my car real quick. Turned out it just needed a refrigeration refill for the A/C. They did it right on the spot and saved me days of head aches. Also for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. The lady at the front desk was awesome and kind.

Sergio is the best. Honesty is hard to come by nowadays, and Honesty is what you get here. Even though I like to work on my own cars, when I don't have the time, this is the place to go. When family or friends need a place, Sergio takes care of everything. Great pricing and FAST service, knowledgeable staff, and HONEST business practices let me know I can send anyone or come in with any problem and I'll have an answer or solution in no time at all.

Sergio's Auto is the best repair shop around because of their efficiency, affordability, and most importantly honesty which is extremely rare when it comes to mechanics in Massachusetts especially for out of state vehicles. It's the only shop I will be going to for my repair and maintainance needs and I recommend others do the same.

Very close and convenient, they took care of my flat tire early in the morning. Been a week now and the tire is functioning great. A bit pricey compared service other places but they got the job done. Last Sunday I went to a place in Lynn, ended up wasting money because they didn’t fix the problem. So in the end, if your looking for quality and don’t mind the price look no further they this place. 5 ⭐️s
