I’ve been to this place one month ago to do my annual inspection and everything ran fine. Today 11/21/2023 i decided to go there again to change my oil and then it’s seemed normal until i hafta pay. At this moment i said friendly to an employee: “ thank you bro” and he suddenly have responded me rudely/aggressively: “ ok bro, you’re very welcome bro”. I didn’t understand that and then i asked him: “didn’t you like this” and he told me aggressively/rudely again: “you should say sir” then i replied him back: “ok, i didn’t know that you didn’t like it, i just said it as a friendly way”. His boss (nice and smart guy) realized what was going on and he tried to calm down the situation. Unfortunately i liked the repair’s boss however because his employee’s act i won’t back to this place ever again and i will talk to 4 friends of mine to stop going there to change oil as well. The worst review to an entrepreneur is when their clients stop looking for their services.

Was in need of gas while on my way to one appointment, followed by another appointment, and was able to get gas here so I did not wind up pushing the car prior to running out of gas.

Follow Update as of 9/28, over the past 6 months, my friends who know about cars were shocked that I don't have to replace the whole engine, same as other car shops that I visited. Until last week, my car was showing yellow engine sign, the mechanic inspected crankshaft, front main seal has leakage, determined it was damaged by this shop when engine was replaced.....

Worst customer service ever i went to get a car inspected there and then he gave me a R sticker and then i went to ask him what was the problem and he couldn’t even manage to tell me what it was and just told me to drive the car it’s very disappointing because i would bring multiple cars there and not planning on going there or recommending it at all!

The worst people, I changed brakes last year after that the pads is was whistling , I went back they could do anything about that. A year after I'm there again to change oils and they told me I need new brakes again on top of that the fixed my exhaust (had something they said ) for 400$ .I wish them the worst!

My car engine is broken due to low oil fluid. They replaced an engine that came from other cars from a junk place, charged me $8000!!!!!! After I picked up my car, they said everything is fixed, and issued me a Annual Safety Inspection sticker. After a trip, my engine is keep “jumping” with bad smell, I was blaming them you promised got everything fixed!! How could u issued me that sticker if my car is not ready on the road??!! He ignored it, and charged me another $400 to replace belt with alternator. Please avoid this place! They’re not honest.

Don't go there, He act like an honest person but he is not. He always charge you more than other auto repairs. If you go there for the state inspection, first thing he will tell you to change the wiper and then come with other problems that your vehicle don't have just to make money for himself. He is very good at taking advantage of innocent people.WATCH OUT..

I'm not sure what others are talking about but my experience when in town at this station is nothing but, professional knowledgeable and fair. I have gotten different things done on different vehicles here over the years with no issues. There is a thing called getting a second opinion if one feels they are paying more than they can afford. As far as state inspections go, the state is very strict and requires inspectors to look not just at emissions but safety issues so you are not blinded by bad wiper blades. Every inspection station does this if you don't change your own before you go. But i find the auto part wipers don't Iast anyway. I really like the wipers they use here. You cannot find them in retail auto part stores...
