When no one else would help or even try and get my car towed out of the snow Riganos came to save the day!! AAA sent trucks out twice to try and pull my car out and their guys wouldn’t even try said we needed a commercial big tow truck to get the lil bmw 325 out… called Riganos and they came out with the same truck as AAA had and they got my car out no problem!! HIGHLY Recommend this company!! They get the job done and were so easy to work with!! Thank you!!!

Nice, courteous, professional during a traumatic time when my car was stolen and it seemed no one was giving me any answers. He was compassionate and offered different solutions for my smashed car that was found in Malden.

The only thing is the tow service is expensive but they really saved my life the other night! Every other company was refusing to come out and this one sent a tow out to me in 25 minutes at 10:30pm to get my car unstuck from off a tree stump. The operator was very friendly and helpful as well so overall I would say I had a very good experience????

Great family owned Tow company right on the Malden Medford line All his vehicles are beautiful and his staff It's very friendly And courteous which you usually don't find these days in a tow company

Great Service, prompt and reliable. My foreign car needed towing, called 10 towing companies and no answer. Called Rigano's towing, answered right away, got there with a tow operator in less than 30 min. He knew the right way to tow my German car as well (special tool). Great Service!

I got locked out of my car late on a Saturday night and was feeling really stressed about it. They came as soon as they could and the guy that helped me was really really nice, I wish I had gotten his name. Really helped me out in time of need and so thankful for their kindness!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Through AAA this company was supposed to come and jumpstart my battery as I was stranded at 2am, but for someone reason they were looking for the wrong car. When I tried to explain that they were wrong and that we put the right car in the request, the driver got upset with me and started raising his voice, and drove off leaving me stranded. I tried to call them today to speak with a manager to complain, and he basically called me a liar saying that what I explained to be the truth was not the truth. Terrible terrible terrible company. They will leave you stranded at 2am, and then call you a liar when you try to voice your concerns. Absolutely unacceptable.

Rigano's was sent out byAAA for my car that wouldn't start. Their driver was rude and condescending. My vehicle is a hybrid and can't be towed, which I told him. He then said he would send out a dolly truck. 2 house later, no truck. Finally I call Rigano's and was informed that AAA was supposed to send the truck. Now I have to start all over with AAA. No follow up and no accountability from Rigano's.
