Couldn't ask for a better experience at Richards Motorcars. Tracked a BMW here and came up from New Jersey to test it out. All cars/trucks on the lot were prestine. They take pride in their work and don't cut corners.
Tom and Joe were easy to work with. No hassling or boilerplate sales pitch. Clear cut directions and a simple transaction. Cut a check, buy the car, enjoy the ride back to NJ. I'd recommend Richards Motorcars to anyone.

Fair price with excellent customer service. The truck I purchased had worn brakes - they replaced them and when I still had issues, they brought it back in no questions asked. Their detailing crew also did an awesome job and fixed a couple scratches I didn’t think was possible. I will surely be back.

Great experience here. Shopped around for awhile they seem to have the best price on the truck i wanted. Bob was great, felt no pressure and very accommodating as far as taking care of a couple issues. Definitely would recommend and will but from there again!

Bought my last car at a toyota dealership. This was night and day different. No pressure. No disingenuous waiting or salesmanship. It really felt like, "Here's a nice truck. Take it or leave it." Between Bob and Joe, who I was working with, I think I spent about 10-15 minutes with them through the whole buying experience... I'm talking first test drive, through getting the keys and driving off. After my previous dealership experience, I was dreading buying a new vehicle, and this was completely the opposite. Nothing but fun. Highly recommend.

So far my experience with this dealership has been the best I've had in 35 years of buying cars. I haven't even picked up my truck yet but my experience has been exceptional. These guys actually wanted to sell me a truck and did. So I'm very happy! I cant wait to actually pick up my truck and continue the experience. Thank you! Picked up my truck and was so happy. Truck was even better than I thought Appearance wise. I was in and out and on the road in 20 minutes. Great experience! Thank you Joe!

We just bought my 17 yr old a truck from Richards. We have been truck shopping for 3 months and found many dealers to be pushy and not trustworthy. We had an A+ buying experience at Richards. They had an extensive selection of trucks. Customer service was excellent. They were very easy to work with and handled everything with the sale and made the buying process very easy. Highly recommend!

Super smooth experience buying a car. Bob was very responsive and calm, and let me take a look around at my own pace. He agreed to drive the car down to an inspection, and fixed all the issues that came up. Filed all the paperwork for me, and car was clean and with complete documentation when I picked it up. Really great experience overall, happy to leave a review.

The team actively worked with me while I was deployed to facilitate getting the truck I wanted once I got home. They were awesome to work with and made the process easy as could be. The truck is exactly what I wanted, I will be going back the next time I'm in need of a vehicle.

If you need a new to you car, Richards Motorcars is the place to go! Bob Rios and the entire team at Richards are amazing! From start to finish they were honest, helpful, and professional. I love my new Lincoln. They did such a great job detailing it that when I went for my inspection, the technician thought it was a new, not used car. I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was by far my best car purchasing experience. Richards Motorcars is comparable to a high-end new car dealership experience - top notch. Definitely call Bob next time you need a new car.
