We have always enjoyed living here, and that's even more true recently. Over the past three months, a concerted effort has been made by the team to tackle outstanding issues while also doing an amazing job of creating community among a complex full of busy people. The grounds on and around the property are always beautiful, but especially spring/summer/fall; there's a pickleball court, great swimming pool, and the walls between apartments are solid and sound-blocking. Most of the issues people mention come from too-tight budget constraints placed on the staff by corporate (though they've never once complained about you, corporate!). And it seems even that is changing, as there are excellent signs of corporate attention to detail. This is a safe, convenient and terrific place to call home, so much so we just signed up last fall for another 15 months!

Looks like it is a great place to rent or lease, but a problem when you order delivery, as the place is too confusing large to navigate, it's basically a small town in a city. I dropping off an uber eats delivery, and I had trouble finding the customer. I wouldn't want to do delivery to this place. Apartment complexes are a hassle when it comes to food delivery.

We arrived in Quarrystone in mid-June (Apt 622) and from the beginning we have had the support of Vinicius (Property staff). He has been very professional, friendly, and kind. We recently learned that he is leaving, which is such a pity, because he's always been very supportive. We know it's normal people come and go, but we hope the next staff members coming be there for us to take care of our concerns as Vinicius has always done.Michael Mijares Tussaint Apt 622.

The management is extremely nice. they do their best to keep the buildings clean. I live on 30 Parkside pl. The only problem on this complex is that some tenants have animal instincts. They do not pickup after their dogs. Every morning when I go to work I see some dog waste on the concrete. I promised myself, soon or later I will catch the person(s). I will make him/her eat that waste right there. Enough is enough. The office cannot control everything.

Lax Management -Washer not repaired for over a month. Multiple complaints have fallen on deaf ears - standard answer being "We only have one guy. He is looking after emergencies". Then please hire more people. And not having a washer for a month in a "luxury" apartment is unacceptable. The elevators are routinely out of service. There have been two major security incidents in the past couple of months with one fatal shooting too. The management needs to step up its game if it does not want to lose more residents.

Constant security issues and management not addressing them properly is the main concern. A cops gun was stolen out of his patrol vehicle here, my car and several others were broken into and there was a shooting in the lobby... really that should be enough said however there are also constant maintenance issues on top of all this. Its not a luxury apartment by any means. Ive rented tons of apartments and this one is by far the absolute worst. Do not move here. Trust the reviews.

DO NOT MOVE HERE... Roaches, rats, and mice... Crime, Unsafe, High Crime, Cars broken into, tires and rims stolen weekly, vandalism on a regular basis, violence. Zero security. How do you have thousands of people living here and have zero security? I had my car vandalized and broken into twice. Absolutely no support or help from lazy Jamie my car was towed three times because I had to park in guest spot even though I pay for parking someone else parked in my spot. Instead of paying for security they rather pay for tow trucks to tow their residents cars. More residents cars get towed than actual scofflaws. The elevators are consistently broken and out of service, everything is falling apart. This woman just doesn't care about anything or anyone but herself. She is a miserable poor excuse for a property manager. Not sure how she still has a job. Clearly she is not doing it. There are more residents compliants that are negative than good. When a resident writes a bad review they pay a company to write a positive review and feedback to bury all the negative reviews or Jamie and her staff will use an alias to write ✍️ a positive review. Listen ? clearly this place will make you miserable. It's an over priced projects! You can do better. It's over priced. Over rated dump!Jamie the Property Manager is Lazy, Horrible, Mean, Rude, Disrespectful, and the absolute worst human being imaginable. She is a selfish, self serving liar. We have lived here for quite a few years now and we just are so happy to be gone from the worst place to live in Malden Revere Quarry Stone Overlook horrible place to live. Follow the recommendation of us and the other current and former residents reviews and you will be thankful you did. Move here at your own risk! You have been warned.. Google crimes theft, vandalism, recent news headlines search ? on Google will reveal some serious crimes here.Good ? luck with your housing search. .have a blessed ? day.-Former Resident.

As a longtime resident of Quarrystone (6 years), I can confidently recommend that you choose to live here! Clean, well-maintained building with a great team of property managers. Jaimie, Ariel, and team are consistently responsive, helpful when you need anything, and proactive with building updates. Some notable positives include the excellent overhaul of the guest parking system, the seamless transitions between maintenance employees, and general care displayed towards tenants. Every neighbor I’ve met here is kind, and there is a collective effort to keep the property clean and welcoming.

Lived here for 3 years and would like to warn folks planning to live here:- The office will find a way to steal part or all of your security deposit. For us, they changed our move out date to collect for more time than we agreed to.- They have old parasitic appliances. When I say parasitic, I mean we weren't in our apartment (and left the heat off) for our last month there. The electric bill was still $100 that month. Asked for help with this and the office did nothing.- They try to raise the rent $200+ every year. It is currently ~$3000/mo for a 2 bedroom, which is absurd given location and the fact that they will still raise your rent every year- Your car may get towed even though you live here and have paid for parking because someone parked in your spot and you were forced to park in a guest spot or someone else's spot (happened to me twice and it cost $150 each time + an uber to the tow company).- There is quite a bit of crime here and when something happens, they will send out emails saying everything is fine when there is still a present danger.- The office is available from 10-4. Office manager will tell you they work long hours and that's why they are unavailable, but that's just a runaround to avoid responsibilitiesI can without a doubt say I am happier not living at Quarrystone. Think twice before locking yourself into a place like this. It may be worth living somewhere farther from work to have a better quality of life for you and your family.

Went to meet a friend who stays there and parked my car in the guest parking space. It got towed within an hour and apparently one needs to have the guest parking permit! The signs only say “guest parking” and how is an outsider supposed to know about this? Even the tenants weren’t informed about this pass and ended up spending over 150 bucks to get my car released which is horrendous!!A real inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend!

Thank you to Jaimie Edo and her team Ariel Sheris and Steven Ally for all the support you provide our residents every day at Quarry Stone @ Overlook Ridge. The residents are very fortunate to have such a professional, responsive and proactive team to answer and respond to all of our questions and concerns with a cheerful look and attitude. The true test of a property management team is their performance under the worst circumstances and this team has demonstrated More than once. I have firsthand experienced this team nothing short of spectacular.
