They will incur late fees to you without notifying you (over $50) and even though you have a credit card on file they won’t use it and their monthly rates continue to go up from $100 to $200 to $300. Be very cautious with these folks. They will find every opportunity to make $ off you

Great storage facility with clean units. Patty the GM was super helpful and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Would definitely be using them again for my storage needs.

I stop by Prime with a co worker that rents a unit there. Despite the manager Patty working by herself and having several customers, she managed to sell me a perfect lock I needed for my equipment.

They have bad service, they raise the amount without warning. They include theft insurance that does not pay - they do not have security cameras bad bad bad terrible service-They allow liquor to be drunk in the hallways and facilities

I've been parking and storing for about 20 years and this is the absolute worst place I've ever been to. I'll start off with the person beside me leaked gallons of oil into my unit. I called and told somebody then I cleaned it up myself. For it to happen again. Then raise the price $50.There is tar bubbling out of the parking lot that gets all over your stuff. It gets all on your tires and makes your tires off balance.The junkluggers breakup furniture in front of my parking space and leave screws and sharp objects on a daily basis that puncture my tire and leave me off the side of the highway.Then Park a dumpster in front of my parking spot blocking it.I have complained multiple times about these issues and the best thing they said to me was they have a magnet that picks up the screws, even though a magnet doesn't pick up brass screws. Since they do not make good on damaging my property I will pay $50 and have a judge decide who's responsible for damaging my property due to neglecting of the parking.And the time I've been there I've had 2 units and spent about $4,000.Not anymore buck

Seth was very helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I was stressed about the situation and he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I would happily rent here again.
