I have ordered twice with pleasant smoke shop now and they are my go to shop. Great communication, timely shipping and prices can’t be beat. On my second order there were no advertised bonus items with box purchase so I was surprised when they sent a couple extra sticks that I presume were chosen based on my previous order. I am sold on being a customer of theirs for life.

I placed an order with them on a Tuesday morning prior to their business opening and two days later my order was delivered with everything in great condition plus they included an extra premium cigar at no cost. This was a nice gesture by them. I will definitely order from them in the future and recommend you do as well.

Absolutely fantastic online shop. Ordered 2 nice boxes of cigars around Christmas as gifts, spent about $350 total. Pleasant was the cheapest by far and the shopping experience was great. Package shipped via UPS the same day I ordered and arrived one or two days later. Was pleasantly surprised to find that they also threw a bunch of freebie cigars into the box. My father absolutely loved all ones they threw in, nothing crappy in the lot, and every cigar burned fairly well, meaning they were stored at the proper humidity and temperature. Will definitely order from this place again, and I'm looking forward to going into the shop next time I make it to Mass.
Thanks to the staff for making me look like a good son around Christmas.

Ordered a box of cigars and they only had 4 in stock they subbed out the rest of the box with the cigars of my choice WITH the box discount and gave me a free 20$ stick! All the cigars came in with bovedas. They look and feel great! Thank ya'll so much. I will be shopping with pleasant again, AMAZING customer service!

These guys are great. Literally the best customer service experience I've ever had. I placed an order for some cigars. One arrived damaged which was no fault of the shop. I called and let them know. The gentleman on the phone said they would get a new one out straight away. They overnighted me a new stick in perfect condition, at my door by 10am the following morning. Polite, prompt, and stand by their products. What more can you ask for?
