I placed an order with them on a Tuesday morning prior to their business opening and two days later my order was delivered with everything in great condition plus they included an extra premium cigar at no cost. Ordered a box of cigars and they only had 4 in stock they subbed out the rest of the box with the cigars of my choice WITH the box discount and gave me a free 20$ stick! All the cigars came in with bovedas. They look and feel great! Thank ya'll so much. I will be shopping with pleasant again, AMAZING customer service!
