Renato and his team have always treated my baby like royalty. Sam has been going to them since he was months old and now he’s 14 years old and I can always count on them to keep him looking like a puppy.

Absolutely is the best pet grooming to your beloved dog, you can trust, they work very well with care , Renato and his assistant are lovely people. My beloved Ashi feels comfortable there and I no worries. Thank you so much to take care Ashi, we are so grateful and I know them for more than 10 years ?????

Texas Billy came off the transport trailer in Rhode Island this morning, where he had spent 3 days in a crate from Houston. My little rescue chiweenie needed a bath (phew!)!I called the Pet House Inc just as they were finishing their last dog of the day. I explained Billy's situation, and Bob (really kind dog-loving dude) said to come on over.Now, Bob doesn't normally work past 1PM on Saturday's, and I'm forever grateful to him. I brought home a gorgeous, clean sweet-smelling doggie boy.Big thanks to the sweet woman who bathed & dried Billy.Good people work here!!

Did a great job cleaning up our scruffy mutt. I had no idea he could look so nice! Also, incredible super fast no fuss cat claw trimming. They were finished so fast, our little "Angel" didn't even have time to get upset. We will definitely be back!

I'm a first time customer who made a appointment via phone yesterday for today at 10am. I arrived and they were closed. I waited a few minutes, knocked on the door, rang the bell and called them a few time but to no avail. Really disappointing.

I been bringing my dogs to Pet house for over 10 years, they are the best! Renato is professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to pets, the whole team is amazing. My dog, Noah loves to go see them and get groomed, this is the only place where he feels comfortable and I know they love him just as much as I do.

The absolute BEST groomers. The service here is amazing. I have a toy poodle who I like to be cut in a very specific way and they did just that. I’ve been to several groomers and no groomer has cut him so perfectly. My dog had a few mats and they managed to get them out. Ontop of that the price point is perfect. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning here for future cuts! Thank you so much :)

Here's Chico! He had several mattes pop up on his fur and were very discomforting and bothersome for him! We called everywhere and most places only groomed dogs.and others were not taking on new cats.Fortunately we found Pet House Inc. in Malden and they were absolutely amazing and had years of experience and training with anxious cats and pets. They did an extraordinary job on Chico! For cat lovers out there, I would definitely recommend them and you will probably never go to anyone else!
