As we were browsing the sandwich menu, the owner Greg promised he could make us two great sandwiches, and we were not disappointed. The corned beef on my reuben was juicy and flavorful and the bread was toasted just right. My girlfriend really enjoyed her pesto chicken sandwich. We will be returning again soon.”

“A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. “Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!”

“I ordered large pieces of wood online for in store pickup in order to make hanging shelves. There was a very kind and helpful veteran who spent time to help me find the best quality pieces of wood as we were down to the last 5 in the store. After helping me find the best pieces, he also kindly helped me by cutting them exactly to size. They were thicker cuts of wood so I was concerned about cutting them at home and was very relieved when he was able to help with that too. He was very friendly and thoughtful the entire time he spent helping me. I was grateful for the experience as a new homeowner!!”

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”
