I have been going to Noelle Hair Salon for a few months now, and my experience has always been exceptional from start to finish. I go for my alopecia. I started getting extensions from Lindsay. As my alopecia progressed I had to move to a topper and now wearing a full wig. The salon has such an inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease which has made my hair loss journey easier overall. Noelle (The Owner) is always there helping advise on what hair piece would be best and also provides a lot of emotional support because if you know how vulnerable a wig appointment is you will understand why that is important.
Staff and Service:
My stylist, Lindsay (Sr. Stylist), is incredible. She took the time to listen to my ideas and offered thoughtful suggestions that suited my hair loss so you could never tell i was even wearing a hair piece. Her expertise was evident in every step, from the initial consultation to the final styling.
Overall Experience:
My visit to Noelle Hair Salon is always a wonderful experience.
stars
Thank you, Noelle Salon, for the fantastic service and support.

I've been coming here for a few years for my topper. Diane is amazing (and hilarious) and literally so good at her job, and all the other stylists are super sweet as well. I always enjoy seeing them and catching up

I’ve been going to Noelle’s Salon for a few years now and it never disappoints! I have curly hair, and Diane just knows exactly what to do with them! No matter you who see, you will be happy you did!

Edit: The claim I filed with my bank was approved and my money refunded because of the heinous damage to my hair and the editing of my face and false representation of my hair in photos posted online ? ? ? I am now having to take nutrafol at $80 a bottle. For a place that "specializes in hair loss for women" I've endured extreme hair loss at your hand that is still costing me.
Long story short: I went in for tapes and was talked into k tips. 2 packs of hair were chosen with high and lowlights. The lowlights didn't match mine. The stylist razor cut my hair to excess to blend it and it still didn't blend to where I could wear it straight. The rows were installed too high and on the sides preventing me from wearing my hair up as promised. The owner did offer to remove some of the k tips but after consulting my stylist in FL and 2 other local experts (who wouldn't touch my hair until removal) I decided to remove them because I was advised the bonds were far too large for my hair.
Upon removal of the extensions I learned how much of my hair was razor cut. It is soooo thin now and will take at least a year to restore the health and thickness of my hair. I had no idea how much of my natural hair I had lost during the install.
I also want to mention that there is a photo posted of me on their Instagram looking "happy." Ummm, they completely edited the photo. They made my face thinner and my forehead smaller and made me "look better." The kicker though is if you look at the original photo of me and the edited one... The hair they put on my head isn't even the hair they created. See pics. First side-by-side is my original photo with no edits and second is the edits. The stylist spent so much time that it ran into her next appointment (a regular) and I heard the owner say to use the big curling iron to get me styled and out of the chair.
Edit: Response to the business' post. Your response is gaslighting and blameshifting in order to avoid accountability. You cannot reverse the hair damage from heavy and large bonds pulling at my fine hair and hair loss done by your hand and how you personally tried to cover up the errors of an inexperienced stylist. You also falsely misrepresented my hair, face, and satisfaction on your social media posts. You personally chose the hair and the number of packs saying it would be no issue to blend it all while your young stylist was uncomfortable with razoring my hair (her words) and cut so much of my natural hair off. I didn't even go into the details about how I was spoken to and essentially interrogated when I came to have them removed and sent on my way with a wet head full of alcohol extension remover (in February) and an apology from one of the 3 girls there who were making me uncomfortable. She knew the mean girl behavior and bullying was foul!

Great experience! I went in hoping to be helped with my hair loss. They knocked my sox off. The hair piece they came up with is gorgeous, matches perfectly, I can have it attached and not have to worry about going swimming or anything. I love it so much. They are very experienced.

I wasn't going to post a bad review but I feel compelled to now. I set up a consultation and when I arrived no one was available for my consultation that I booked weeks in advance. I believe it was the owner but I could be wrong I was booked with, and she got me set up in a small private room and apologized for it being busy and had 2 other women all coming in and out talking about my hair very rushed. She told me I needed a hair topper and sat one on my head and told me to sit with it for a few minutes and explained it was I think $900. I said I couldn't commit to that today but could in a week, I figure after that she assumed I could not afford a service so she left and did not come back. Another woman came in and offered to let me see another client getting their topper installed. So I stood there awkwardly with this hair topper resting on my head as I watched another woman getting hers installed. That stylist could see how uncomfortable I was and offered to take the topper back and did. The owner then chimed in from across the room if I wanted that piece I had to put $200 down, so I did and I left. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable but my hair is a sensitive subject so I decided to go through with it. When I came in for the service the woman I was with was great, very nice and understanding. She gave me the consult I never had, and we opted to go with keratin extensions instead of a topper and some highlights to blend it in for $900. They looked great, and I went to pay I questioned why it was $978 and she explained there was a 6% fee? to use a card, which maybe I should have noticed when I was charged the 200 plus that fee. I left and on my way home I realized the issue was they didn't apply my $200 deposit. I called and the woman went back and forth with me for about 15 minutes trying to figure out if that was true, and then how to refund it which she said she could not. So I went back to the salon and she continued to struggle to refund it but eventually got me the $200 back, causing me to still take the card fee as a loss. I was going to just let it all go because I was happy enough with the results, but 3 weeks later the extensions started sticking out, and now at 4 weeks my hair is growing out just a little, and the hair pulled into the extensions is too much or too wide and the strands that are further away are coiling and bunching up. I had a stylist from another salon just look at them and she was shocked that they were so chunky and how they were sectioned into my hair as the bonds were too big for my hair, as well as saying this service shouldn't have cost so much and wasnt a full package of hair even. I thought I really researched a great salon and after the poor consultation I should have gone else where, but I really wanted my hair to be beautiful again against my better judgement.

My favorite salon!!!!! The stylists are so sweet, I usually go to Diane and she always makes the day better when you see her. They're talented, and can understand how to style your hair in a way that will flatter your appearance. While other salons will automatically reject ideas, the stylists here will work with you to find something that you like and looks amazing on you. Not to mention they are trans friendly, so if you're FTM, looking for a masc haircut and don't want to get stuck with a pixie cut- totally come here. Love them!

Noelle is amazing! I had lost over 50% of my hair during chemotherapy (cold capping). Noelle was able to put extensions in my very sparse and fragile hair that looked fantastic and were totally hidden. I felt like myself again! She and her staff are kind, compassionate and absolute geniuses at solving hair problems. I’ve been coming to her for over a year and would highly recommend her salon!

Noelle and her team are the most amazing ladies I’ve met in the beauty industry. Noel is the most kindest and giving person. I struggled with hair loss after I had Covid. I had no confidence and did not feel good about myself. I went to see her she was very empathetic. She talked to me through everything and gave me back my confidence with my beautiful hair, I can’t thank you enough Noel, if I could give you 50 million stars I would you deserve it and so does your team
