I shop here all the time. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. If something is out of stock, they always offer me a rain check.

Store was closed way before they were supposed to. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

I am writing to complain the staffs of CVS Pharmacy at Ferry st, Malden, 02148, Massachusetts! I took my prescription medicine there and I were told to have 2 types of medicine there by my doctor. After that I went home and unpack the medicine and found out only gave me 1 type of medicine. Moreover, they didn't ask or check my insurance for the coverage. And they charge me for $9.42. I checked and found out my insurance should be covered the fee. Therefore, I go back and asked again. I was waiting there around 1 hour for getting my medicine and asking my payment. The result is they told me I HAVE TO GO AGAIN WITH THE RECEIPT FOR GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!! It is so ridiculous for me to walk 3 times for their FAULT!!! AND even didn't give me a reason for this. I won't get my prescription again in all CVS!

I'm not sure what's happened since I've worked at CVS, but if we ever missed a sale sticker we would always honor it. Guess not here. Only one person in uniform. The girl helping me was in a white T-shirt, and the manager she called to help was in a Tommy Hilfiger shirt. Stores a mess and it starts at the top down. Where's the oversight?

Awful service. No one knows anything and the staff doesn't communicate with one another about important things like if they have walk in availability or products in stock. Go somewhere else and they might help you. They won't here.

If I could give it more than five stars I definitely would. These starts and review is specifically for Andrew M. Words cannot explain how excellent of customer service he delivers. He is calm, understanding, and reasonable. He tries his hardest to satisfy the customer as best as he could. Even though he had a bad day that day (being yelled at by a bunch of customers), he did not show it in his work nor the transaction. He was not once frustrated or showed any frustration and was very professional. It is too bad that he only works on Saturday (I think that is what he said) because if all employees provided the customer service Andrew did, there would be alot of satisfied customers. After a long day at work, Andrew definitely made my day. Thank you for all your help and putting in that extra effort. I hope that cooperate reads these reviews, because he definitely deserves a raise or reward of some sort. He is an asset to the company and I hope his efforts and work do not go un-noticed.

Stay away. What a bunch of idiots. Called to check on a prescription and put on hold for 11 minutes. Hung up and called back a little later and waited another 8 minutes before giving up. If you must go to CVS , try any other.

I don't understand how incredibly poor this particular cvs is. It's new and yet it looks as though a nuclear bomb had gone off within it. The store is always understaffed, I truly mean understaffed. Doesn't matter if have to come in on a Tuesday afternoon or a Saturday night -- there is a line. The people who work here are incredibly slow and uninterested. I can understand the level of human interaction available at a drug store but theirs is below breathing half the time. The store is filthy and always out of stock of basic necessities. It's frustrating when I'm willing to sacrifice a $20 extra bucks and go to Walgreens just to ensure I get my item. There is no need for such a state of disarray, CVS really needs to see this store, the location down the street is 10 times better. Please fix it!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this CVS. Their pharmacy employees are very attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to track down a coupon to help me save money on an expensive medication and I never have to wait long for refills
