Terrible customer service, went for a sticker and told me that his computer was down. He lied it wasn't down. I went back an hour later and it was working. And then he told me he couldn't do it.

Worst gas station experience. Not even sure how that's possible. Got upset when I asked if he needed the card now or later . I'm sorry if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on the customer. And when we left he said something in a foreign language . I got scared .

I just got Gas here, and the gas attendance guy demanded I give him tips. Are tips required now at gas stations although it’s a full service, I was just harassed for not tipping at a gas station! this is new!

I went to this gas station recently and the workers there kept me waiting 15 minutes. One of the guys finally came out and I told him I just wanted a fill up. He aggressively told me to open my tank up. I opened it up and told him I wanted a $20 fill up. It stopped at 15 gallons, he took my $20 and walked away without giving me change back. I waited another 7 minutes or so for my change. The guy gave me hand gestures to leave and when I flagged him back, he came out and aggressively said “you can go, I have stuff to do.†I said “where's my change†and he said “$20 thats what you got†I said “you owe me 4 bucks exactlyâ€. He gave me 3 back and said “plus taxâ€. The service I got was terrible, im never going back to these guys again.

They were very nice, professional, fast and affordable. I didn't get the feeling I was being taken advantage of, like I normally do when getting my car serviced. I will definitely be back!

The service was really quick (I only waited for about 20-30 minutes) and they were really upfront about their prices. However, a full synthetic oil change was somewhat more expensive than I anticipated (another place told me it was $60 while these guys charged for $75) I didn't really mind the extra money, since I originally thought they would have the full service. Turns out, as a surprise to me, they didn't do any other checks on the car to see if anything needed replacing, not even to see if the tires needed rotating. The other $60 place said they would do full checks, so this was probably the only disappointing part about these guys. I feel this is something that should be mandatory. One star off for this.

This place is constantly bustling with activity, but that's obviously a testament to how great they are. I don't often leave reviews. In general, I loathe them because I've been let down way too many times by a highly recommended Yelp review to count, but this place is aces in my book. They are all business, in and out. In fact I was just there this afternoon waiting for a repair and overheard a customer exclaim how shocked she was at how quickly they were able to complete her repair. Tip#1: There are seats outside but on a hot 80 degree day like today, go inside and relax in the comfortable padded chairs, kickback and watch the TV in the airconditioned front area. The nice gentleman will even let you control the remote if you smile and ask politely *wink* Service and people are stellar. I'll be back soon to get my AC flushed.

Highland auto is a great place to bring your auto for repairs. Have been going to Jacob for many years. Having two cars that are up there in age he has always done a great job fixing I will not bring my cars anywhere else He is the best and recommend him to many over the years Thank You Jacob
