Have been trying to contact for 2 days. No answer, voicemail saying to leave a message, no response to any of the messages left. What kind of business has no way to contact them! The lack of customer service is frustrating at best. I definitely won't be giving my business to a business that does not value the customer

Called 4 times to check if they had kangaroo which they advertise. Declined call everytime, so I decide to go in which cost a fair bit of driving only to be told they don’t have it. Made me waste my time because they refuse to answer the phone and they don’t carry what they say they do.

It used to be a great place. The Peruvian family was amazing. Great food.Now the new administration is not.They changed the price of items at the time when I was ready to pay. $$$Be aware !

This place used to be awesome, great quality of meat, kindness, promptness.We used to buy meat and many other things since they open, around 18 months ago.But yesterday, I bought 3 pounds of marinated meat that I was going to cook today for Taco Tuesday and the meat smells terrible.I called today telling them about the situation, and they said that since I didn’t cook it yesterday, they won’t change it or refund me the money. Apparently they sold more of that meat, but I’m the first one who complains about it. It’s my fault for not cooking it the same day I bought it.It was not the first time that I bought meat there, this place used to sell great quality of meat, they were amazing! Unfortunately, that has changed now.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. I have to say the new owners really cleaned up the place. It’s so bright and cheery and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Best steaks I’ve had in a long time.

Excellent! Very good customer service, very polite, friendly, and willing to help out. Beautifully clean store with interesting and tasty products. Very good meat.

Do not recommend this place. I went to buy some meat. When they went to weigh it, it had a Kirkland sticker on it (Costco). They were selling the meat marked up 2X what they bought it for from Costco.

When I first moved to the area, it was under different ownership and I was never impressed with the quality as much as I wanted to support local. Now, it's always clean and fresh and the service is just as good if not better. The baked sweet breads are made by a different company though and sometimes stale. The produce is also not always too fresh. Cannot find fresher meat or more variety. Hands down beats McKinnon's. My friend even ordered a whole pig for a roast and loved it!

Visited Maplewood and was greeted with new owners had a nice conversation finding out they were also from Everett. Purchased 4 Ribeye steaks which were some of the best steaks we ever grilled. I will be back

We had a gift card to the meat market that we got for Christmas last year. Went in today expecting to use the gift card and the owners told us that they took over 5 months ago and wouldn’t honor the gift card even though the store name is the same and there was never an expiration date on the gift card. Would’ve appreciated some amount to be honored even if it wasn’t the full amount. Haven’t tried the meat yet but it was a smaller selection than I was expecting

Somewhat pricey, but they have a great selection of gourmet foods! Can't find these items anywhere else within the vicinity. Will be back!! Great market?
