poor sanitation. absolutely disgusting bathrooms. fruit fly infestation on the walls and ceilings, only about 2 of the 6 shower heads in the showers actually work. none of the showers can maintain hot water for more than 20 seconds. floors are dirty. used bandaids and tissues in the corners like its a kids room. if something breaks, it stays broken for over a month. sauna broke a week and a half ago, and the only thing they did was put a note on the door. apparently they only have 1 technician for the entire building. DO BETTER. BE CLEANER.

I have had a bad emotional with some clerk in YMCA that named Judie, she is really crazy women that treat people rude with no shame on herself, I was asking her about some friend that she wanted to register but she didn't even give a correct answer, when I took the plan to see for how much my friend she can register she is told us you don't have to see the plans for the menu you have to ask me

A nice updated Y. Unfortunately, they do not offer day passes! I’ve been to many Y’s and this was the first time I haven’t been able to get a day pass. It was a bummer since it looked so nice!

Don't come here. The woman at the front desk has a very bad attitude. She is very rude. She is a Vietnamese. The environment is very dirty, and the swimming pool disinfectant smells very heavy.

As far as Y's go, this one is quite good. It has a modest aquatic center, a dedicated floor for gym and aerobics, a running track on the top floor, overlooking basketball courts. The courts are usually busy. The gym has a lot of equipment, including a room for nautilus machines. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome on day one. Best to find a time during the day that works for you, as they can get busy after school and work.

Dirty locker rooms & very dirty pool -- they keep both the therapy pool & lap pool at a very high temperature and allow babies with soiled diapers in them...you're basically swimming in a cesspool of germs. The whirlpools are really unsanitary. Weight room is dirty -- no effort made to have members wipe down equipment. Poorly ventilated. saunas and steam rooms are not clean as well. Group exercise classes are very crowded in poorly ventilated, small spaces. They haven't updated the facility since it was built decades ago and it shows signs of its age. Staff aren't very helpful-- go here if you want to be treated rudely.

Weight facilities crowded and they have like one window ac unit for a huge workout room?? Yeah if I wanted to feel faint working out I’d go outside in this heat wave. What’s the point of being indoors if not cool?

People are peeing inside the steam room and wen you go in there you are probably smelling all the diseases from this person! boater health needs to come here at night and see that the maintenance people do not clean the steam room so people are being side of it because it’s dirty so I pay for this place and I can’t even use the steam room because I’m not going to smell peoples pee??

The place is very dirty and smell horrible. There's no floor manage and the people who goes there are not so good to keep the place clean. The front desk ladies are annoying when get close to close the place. Keeping announcing every 5 minutes.Besides that, the gym close very early.I do not recommend this place to nobody.

This YMCA gives the Y a bad name. Tons of bullying goes on in their after-school and summer programs! My son had to tell me about being physically assaulted before the staff did once I addressed it. Only then when I asked the staff to hold the child accountable in accordance with their handbook which states that physical assault will result in 1 day minimum suspension from the program did they actually act on it.Staff seems under qualified, or perhaps they just don’t care about the children that attend.Summer camp consists of sitting in the gym all day with numerous other kids while they play on the electronics they brought from home. No structure, and just a huge disappointment when compared to nearly any other YMCA.

Hoped that they made improvements during Covid shutdown like so many other places, but they didn't. The dressing rooms are clean, but could use upgrades in showers, lockers, and benches. Not enough room during peak hours.
