I was on my commute home and was having an issue with my steering, I don’t know anything about cars so when I pulled over and got a tow truck company, they came out, diagnosed and actually fix the issue, and didnt need to go to a mechanic to do so.

Don’t believe the ETA that they give you. 25 min turned to 1:30+. Just be honest. Guy in the phone says “ Oh he’s right there passing by Autozone” I can see auto zone from where I was and he straight up lied to me. Down the street turned to another 30 min. What a complete waste of time. That being said, if a friend needs a tow I’m not referring them there. Being lied to is one of my biggest pet peeves!!! Yes you made money but the lost of referrals will out weight the $120 you guys charged me. BE WARNED

They’re rude and refused to send a tow, they told me to call the police??Then when I called another company I got a tow in 25 minutes so I’m confused what the issue was here

This towing company in Malden really saved the day when my car decided to take a little break on the side of the road. The team arrived quickly and efficiently loaded up my car and got it to the shop. The driver was a real charmer and kept me entertained during the tow. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow.
