First of the lady at the reception is exceptional. The mechanic doesn't really seem to know what he is doing and the owner dam knows nothing about customer service in fact these guys don't repair anything they rather mess up. STAY INFORMED FLOCKS.

We took our company vehicle to Malden Spring for some simple welding. They did the job well. It's what happened after. They told our driver to back the truck out of their building. Unbeknownst to our driver, a wheel chalk was left under the inside of the tire area and it punctured the tire. The owner of Malden Spring charged $654 to replace the tire that we paid $329 for a year and a half ago. Instead of helping us out because this happened in his building, he decided to swear and hang up the phone on me. Then he demanded we pay cash or he would charge us $200 per day for storage. Nice way to treat a customer, huh?

I will begin by telling everyone reading this review that I am a real customer of Malden Spring and this is a real review of my experiences. I own an old (1985) International dump truck that I was putting back to work. I am extremely limited in truck repair knowledge. I took the truck to Carmelo and he looked it over and gave me a detailed list of what the truck required and even walked me around the truck and showed me the scope of work in person. My vehicle is now back to work. Carmelo was true to his estimate and got the truck back to me when he said he would. I highly recommend Malden Spring !! Jim B Affordable Landscaping & Trash Removal
