Jerry and his team at Malden Broadway auto body are amazing! They’ve done work on my BMW when my car was hit early this year, then my AC had some issue not blowing cold air, he went over and beyond to fix the problem. I can’t say enough about this place, I drive almost an hour to take my car to his shop because he’s fair, honest and gets the job done.

I brought my 2011 Toyota Prius in for a minor bumper repair in the front and rear and a side scrape. I met with the owner who was courteous and professional but I was a bit skeptical as his quote was over one thousand dollars lower than the other three local body shops that I went to.When I got my car back about two weeks later, the result far exceeded my expectation. The bumper and paint job was amazing, it look brand new. My daughter drives the car now and she couldn't be happier with the body work.I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely be a returning customer.

Jerry is so accommodating and efficient. I was referred by a friend to take my car here after an accident. I had extensive front-end damage and filed a claim with my insurance. My The agent was out of the office the day I needed to drop my car off, and I couldn't get a rental. I called Jerry and explained the situation, and he called me back with my rental approval. Enterprise told me they were out of cars before I called him, and he assured me he would get them to give me a ride from his shop and have a rental car waiting for me. Jerry is a man of his word. Two hours of back-and-forth calls on my end took no time at all on his end. He kept in touch with me weekly or whenever he had an update. I never had to wonder or worry about anything. He finished my repairs on time and fixed my car like new. I highly recommended Malden Broadway Auto Body.

I damaged my F-150 in a parking garage in Cambridge in June. The damage, though minor, was noticeable. I didn't want to engage my insurance company for such minor damage, so knew up front that I'd be paying out of pocket. I took the truck to Jerry at Malden Broadway Auto Body last week. Jerry assessed the damage, described what his staff would do to repair the damage and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. Jerry promised the repairs would be done by Friday, 7/29. I was happy to get a call from Jerry on 7/27 that the truck was ready. The repaired area is perfect! I'm a happy camper! Malden Broadway Auto Body provides expert, professional and timely repair. Strongly recommended!

Malden Broadway autobody is the best. Check the pictures of how they left my 20 year old truck after respraying. They also installed a new floor on the bed that had rotting cross member bars. Jerry is extremely professional and reasonable, just an all round good guy. A rare find these days. Again let me emphasize this is how he left my 20 year old truck looking.

This shop was amazing, they coordinated everything with me and and my insurance after my accident. They made my car look brand new on the outside and provided a detailed cleaning on the inside. It was like driving your car off the lot from the dealership. Amazing!
