The name "Sav-Mor" is the biggest crock I've ever seen. This place is ridiculous. $14 for a 6-pack of corona. Don't even ask about the european imports. Stay away

If you want mediocre customer service and half a** response go to the store just cause you're closing in 10 minutes and I ask you a simple question doesn't mean that you get to give me a half a** answer and not respond after I continue to request a question. It was not busy does it look like it was busy just looks like the gentleman was old and grumpy that doesn't give you an excuse to work in a liquor store. I myself has worked in management and Standard day-to-day jobs but you sir are just a waist of space there. The only one guy working at 9:50 on 9/23/22. And don't try and rectify it by saying you can check the price at the front after I've asked you four times if you're able to help me on checking the price. I still don't think that's right for you to ignore me just because your "closing up shop"

Excellent staff!! Every time I go to buy cigarettes I am in and out quickly. A few times I have accidentally gave too much money, they politely said I gave too much money and promptly gave it back to me. Great wine selection also.

Do not go to this liquor store ! They do not accept out of state ID at all. Liquor prices are super expensive. As well, store is very dirty and unorganized. Lastly, it smells heavy of cigarettes.

Came here to buy a bottle of Bacardi. My fiancé was IDed and she refused to sell it to him because he has a New York State ID. I've never heard of such a rule! He is of age! He attempted to pay with credit card or cash but it didn't matter. They lost out on money. It's almost discrimination against out of towners. If this rule is enforced throughout Massachusetts I can see tourism in Boston and throughout the state decreasing.

Interesting experience buying liquor with my husband at this store and will NEVER come back. The cashier requested both my husband's and my own ID, which makes sense. But when she saw that my driver's license is a valid Ohio license, she refused to sell liquor to us because per her report, the store policy is that we both have to hold MA driver's license in order to purchase alcohol here. It DOESN'T make any sense. Since when driver's license is not counted as legal ID in this country. I don't know what motivated her to come up with this policy because I cannot believe any store will come up with such ridiculous policy. I hope for the best that it may be coming from misinformation in training. We just left and will never come back to this store.

The first time I came here they told me that I can use my EAD card. The second time they refused to sell and denied the card. Yes, it's their right to refuse to sell, and it's my right to tell everyone the inconsistency.

I was told that my EAD card is acceptable the first time I went to the store. However, for the second time, they rejected the card and denied to sell. I understand that they have their right to refuse to sell, but I'm really shocked by their abusing the right and behaving inconsistently. Also the staff shown for the second time is very unfriendly. He didn't listen to my explanation and help me resolve the issue, and behaved like "this is what it is".
