I recently financed a car here with Karl's help and it has been a very good experience, I have been very pleased! He's very very helpful!!!! If you have no knowledge he will definitely help you understand everything you need to know. And he's super reliable and honest which is not easy to find!! He fixed a problem with my car within the warranty with no problem and it was a big job! He even sent me an uber when i needed to drop my car off. I am going back for one more thing, it is a used car so repairs are expected,. But I got a great car all my friends compliment it and he's taking very good care of it so far!!!! I definitely recommend this place. I found him through google so hopefully this helps someone else!!

the great customer service we received once we arrived at this dealership. It was "roll out the red carpet time" The great quality in detail with regards to our needs was top notch. Karl, The sales person went above and beyond to satisfy our wishes. You could say that we had a tall list and financially not the best customer you could want however that never stopped Karl from treating us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process.My experience with Linden Automotive was simply terrific. My Fiance brought my car in this morning to have a tie rod fixed. We had gone to Midas for an emergency check since my car was making an awful noise. Midas wanted about $1200 to fix various things. So we decided to give Linden Auto a call. The over the phone quote was much lower than other area mechanics and way better than Midas so we decided to give them a try. I am SO impressed with the service received and the work that was done. The mechanic looked over my car and said that half of what Midas had recommended was basically a scam. The one piece that he did fix was done expertly and at an AMAZING cost. He was very HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY mechanic which I feel is hard to find. We will be using Linden Auto for all of of car fixing needs!
