I had filed my taxes with Marianne last year and I need my five digit e-file pin number I’ve been waiting on it all day I have my other tax preparer waiting for this so that I can get my money because I do have children I am a single divorced mom and Marianne has not yet gotten back to me this is really sad so now she’s pissing me off and I’m about to go call the hell out of her tomorrow or go back up here to the office she’s always saying she’s so busy no honey this is the long black woman to be playing with right now...... because I need this for my children and she’s playing games with me and my money....

Came in today for a noon appt. Things were slow, however, there one young lady that really set the bar high for those aspiring to excellence in customer service. Don't know her name. Works in Grove Hall (long brown hair). She is destined for success.

I wish I can give her 0 not even one star this office is the worst please people don’t go to this office they charged double then other tax offices the lady there she scream too much she do a lot of mistakes and she will tell I know my job I know my job she’s a liar she did a mistake on my papers now I need months to fix it thank God I found a professional tax office to fix my problem with half of her price she asked me for $500 and now I paid only $200 . I will Never go there again !!!!!

why are they still in buisness?? they hurt many people every year money wise...to me they are a scam that should be shut down!! has anyone ever paid more than $387.45 for a simple tax return? i did never again. they said i owed federal $135.00..and when i had my taxes done by someone else.......i got that money back cause i did not owe it!! bunch of morons who have no clue what to do other than screw the customer! shut these places down already!

Mary Anne is one of the most ignorant people I've ever known, she will lock you out so she can go get coffee at dunks(she doesn't like the coffee she serves customers) when I asked for the WiFi PSWD I was told “ I don't know it, and I'm not going downstairs to get it†please people think....turbo tax is free...she will charge you 400 to 500 to do something you can do your self....oh and btw if your only going because of the $50.00....she put everything in her computer before she'll tell you she's all out.fair warning USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Zero stars! What a scam! Filed incorrectly. Never answers calls or emails. Doors close after tax season is over, so if there is a problem, you are s*** out of luck. Calling corporate was even more aggravating! Customer service swears at you and tells you it's not their issue so move on. I had to go to a legitimate CPA to fix issues and refile. They charge an arm andd a leg and refunds go directly to them and then disbursed to you, if you are lucky. Calling the BBB to file a formal complaint.

RIP OFF..
They did my brothers taxes. He was getting back less than $1500 and they charged him $350.. lesson learned NEVER AGAIN... BEWARE
(There are plenty of places to go that charge half the price & they are pleasant)

I saw the sign on the street. Worst Worst experience!!! The woman in charge is Yelling at all times, very rude person. If you want a good Tax Service you really need see a good reveiw.
