The machines could use maintenance. There was still soap on my clothes after all the rinses were done when I used the most expensive machine. There’s cockroaches crawling all over the machines. The price is wrong on the the listen pictures - the price has gone up for drop off. Crazy expensive just to come in and use the machines - the low capacity ones are *really* low capacity.

I came back 15 minutes to 10 today to retrieve my last item from the dryer that needed a little more time and the place was locked. No attendant and the phone number is out of service as well

I usually love this place - it's quite and clean and WAS cheaper than most places. But I went yesterday and was seriously disappointed. The cheaper, older machines I like to use for smaller loads of laundry were all (4) unplugged and unavailable. There are only 6, 3 load washers and one was out of order. There are 2 6ish load washers and one was out of order. If anyone else were to have come in, they wouldn't have a lot of options, since I used 3 3 load washers.In addition, it was uncomfortably hot, even though no dryers were running when I got there and there aren't any chairs to sit on anymore. Where would they have gone??Lastly, and maybe the most irritating was I got charged $0.29 instead of $0.25 for the dryers for every 6 minutes ran. I know that isn't a lot, but I would like to have known!!!Hope they get their stuff figured out soon because this is a great neighborhood spot for me.

It was just my daughter and I in there. But it was also a Thursday around 930 so I'm not sure how it is other times. It was clean and prices were good for me

I went to drop off some clothes for wash and fold service. There was no one at the store it looked like a ghost town. What a service? ?

Machines are quick and easy. The cheapest washer is $6.00, which I thought was a little pricey, since the largest machine, also a little pricey, is $12.00. The best time to go, I fell as though, is at night, around and near closing time at 11:00 p.m. You are able to stay there after closing to finish your loads of laundry. Whixh, is great because no one is usually there ?
