i went to the store to try on some shoes. they didnt have my size so they ordered it. when the shoes came it didnt fit me so they ordered another size which i needed to pay about a 60$ fee. I never recieved those shoes, it took over 2 months and i still didnt get them. i kept going to the store and they said “just wait one day”. that “one day” ended up being another month. so then i ended up telling them to give me back my money because at that point i have been waiting for about 3 months. i don’t recommend going there. they waste your time.

Great store & great people that work here. Always helpful in getting the size I need & super nice. Great selection from sneakers to clothes. Highly recommend!! Never disappoints.

Great shop and awesome people, they are super nice and helpful and most importantly knowledgeable, I went in there cause I was skeptic on the authenticity of a louie vuitton bag I had purchased. They checked it out and verified if it's authenticity for me which put my doubt at ease. I'd like to add they have an amazing selection of clothing and shoes! Will be back forsure ?

Worst experience ever! Tried to support small business of a friend and it ended up backfiring. After buying wrong size (my fault), I tried to go back to exchange for right size. Was told I couldn’t not get a refund and only could get store credit or they could order a new pair. Went back to give the shoes for an exchange DURING STORE HOURS when I had to wait outside in 90° weather because the person left. When they got back, they said I would get a call the next day. Had to contact friend because they didn’t call back or have a number on website. After contacting me they said I had to pay a $50 fee just to get the right size. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this place. I tried to give benefit of the doubt but this place actually sucks.
