I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at John's Service. My initial encounter wasn't as smooth as I hoped due to a mishap during an oil change. However, what truly sets John's apart is their exceptional customer service, particularly demonstrated by the manager Mike.Upon realizing the issue with my oil change, the manager swiftly intervened and personally addressed the situation. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving the problem immediately impressed me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left satisfied and reassured. In addition, his master mechanic Alex, uncovered a gear case leak, which I will address with my vehicles warranty and tire inspection. It's rare to encounter such proactive and customer-focused service these days, but John's Service truly exceeded my expectations.Thanks to the manager's swift action and genuine concern for customer satisfaction, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into an opportunity to witness top-notch service in action. I highly recommend John's Service to anyone seeking not only quality automotive care but also unparalleled customer service. They've won my loyalty, and I'll certainly be returning for all my automotive needs in the future.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The new ownership is rude and ignorant. They didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes when I was sitting in front of the garage door for an inspection sticker, so I went in the office to ask, and I was told that they closed for the day. Meanwhile, I was sitting there waiting 15 minutes before they closed, but was told that was false because he saw me pull up on the camera.Never again will I even get gas at that place. They think they can come here, and treat us like dirt? I don’t think so.John T would be very upset, if he was still around and knew who took over his business.

I had an unfortunate experience with a PCV hose coming off my engine after an oil change about two months ago. I had my car towed to this shop where I had been a customer in the past. It seemed like there had been a change in management since my last visit. The new manager initially misdiagnosed the issue, suggesting there was a problem with my transmission, which was not the case. I had my boyfriend go over to the shop to take a look and it turned out that all it needed was a simple clip to connect the tube to the engine and the manger of this shop also told me I needed two front brakes which they charged me $1000 to do.When I went to pick up my car I asked the manger the tall slender guy “how do you know i have a problem with my suspension system because I hadn’t had a issue with it before bringing my car here” ? He handed me my keys and gives me a smug look then I asked him did even look at the car ? He’s said no they didn’t”.I asked how would you know I have a problem with my suspension ? I took my car drove home noticed that the suspension system was completely messed up, even though I had never experienced any issues with it before. The car had been driving perfectly fine before bringing my car to there shop .The manager then tried to convince me that I needed to spend over$1200 to fix the suspension system, even though I had previously had those parts fixed just five months ago. This whole experience left me feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. It's clear that they mishandled my car and it has never driven the same since.I ultimately had to bring my car to a different mechanic and ended up spending over $1200 to address the issues caused by the previous shop. It's important for others to be aware of my negative experience and exercise caution when considering this shop. Trustworthiness and quality of service are lacking, and I would not recommend them.

i’ve been here 3 times and i actually trust them with my car. the owner is very nice and helpful when it came to my car needing new brakes. i’ve gotten my state inspection done here too. highly recommend if anyone is looking to take their car somewhere!

Excellent experience at John’s. They are efficient, honest and reliable. Michael oversees the shop and he is extremely organized and pleasant to deal with as a customer. They are there for you and to help you. I have had other unfortunate experiences with other mechanics who were just there for themselves to make you as a customer pay for things you don’t need. It’s no nonsense here and I highly recommend it. My family goes there also and they love getting their gas there. My car runs beautifully. Thank you.

This is a first-class operation. Mike and the crew are professional, honest, and the best at what they do. If you have a vehicle that needs to be serviced, you can be certain that you are in good hands and will not be taken advantage of. It’s a one stop shop, whether you need gas, and inspection, sticker, tires, oil, change, or repairs. The best part is you will not be overcharged. The prices are fair.

This is the only place I'll go. Being a single woman I constantly get taken advantage of and the manager is the most honest man around. I had been trying to get my oil changed but due to my car being so new, no places besides dealerships had my oil filter and I didn't want to pay their high prices. The manager ordered not just one but two of my filters (so they have it for my subsequent oil change) immediately (no other places even told me they could do that for me) and gave me a full service oil change the following day with no appointment. He even topped off my washer fluid for free.I've had my car inspection done there. Quickly in and out with no appointment.My air in my tire kept getting low and I just pulled in one day. They immediately took my tire off and checked for a leak.Gas attendants are the friendliest speediest around.

John’s has been a truly great place for us to get our repairs done. We have repaired upwards of 15 vehicles at their shop. The team at John’s are very knowledgeable, honest with their quotations, and have a fast turn around time.They have repaired everything from brakes to engine parts for us. They have done a very large number of Preventive Maintenance on our vehicles for us as well. All their repairs have exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of job and speed of turn around.Their work is guaranteed and they will always make it right if anything does go wrong.It is not easy to find a mechanic team that you completely trust, but for us that’s what John’s is.We are very happy to have found them.

I drove in on a rainy morning with a flat tire. The gentleman immediately pulled my car into the bay, refilled the tire, diagnosed a hairline crack in the rim and sent me on my way to the dealership where the rim was under warrantee. I took a half hour off this man’s time and use of his facility and he would not accept payment! There are good people in this world. I’ll do everything in my power to pay it forward, but good karma runs through this shop!! Please use him any opportunity you get, I will do the same!!

I want to get a valve stem replaced.And some codes for my abs system.I was told they do not have the computer system to look up the codes for my ABS system for my 2010 Ford escape.I told the man that's kind of hard to believe that a repair shop does not have $150 piece of equipment to run an ABS test.He said sometimes he can and sometimes he can't and asked me why I don't have the ability to look up these codes. I explained to him that I do not have the repair shop and I don't do this for a living but I am well aware of the abilities of a shops and I felt as if I was lied or brushed off.I made sure to have something else like the valve stem to go along with the code reading to make it worth their while so they can make their money and was ready to drop the car off But decided to lie to me and perform the valve stem change that they over-inflated my tire to 50 lbs when it calls for 32psi and charged me $25 cash with no receipt and didn't even offer courtesy air pressure check for the rest of the tires.
