Went there for taxes , no knowledgeable accountant, bad customer service. This place sucks, the receptionist and the accountant Tuan both are unprofessional fools.

Had an in-house/ person to person meeting with Lynn. I was early and over heard others and everyone working here was very nice and knowledgeable and willing to help anyone, even each other. Lynn was amazing!

I went to the office and asked if I could take a business card at the front desk. When I decided to take a few different tax consultants cards. The front questioned me with loud voice. Please understand please have reason for their actions.

Julie and Rebecca and at front desk are both extremely rude and unprofessional. They are quick to rush you off the phone and will do anything so they don’t have to work. They really should retire given there age and work ethic.

Guy was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Tried to tell me I didn’t have an appointment when I clearly did and called to confirm days before. Nothing but aggravation going here. Never again dealing with these people.

Similar to another post, my consultant was also Kathleen. She made a gross error for our 2020 taxes and omitted my income from my stocks even after questioning her about it. 2 years later and audited, paying $8k!!!! They're supposed to offer support and now won't even respond for 4 months and multiple messages later. The office admin confirms receipt so it's blatantly ignoring our follow up requests. Would at minimum expect the decency of a response.

They messed up my 2020 tax return, I was audited, and now owe $500 to the IRS in 2022 due to them filing incorrectly.Do not go here! Worst mistake of your life!(My tax preparer was Kathleen Morse and I strongly recommend finding someone else I am basically screwed)
