“I had a wonderful experience working with Shawn and Tommy. I needed to replace a bulb in my microwave oven. After finding the appropriate part, both men were able to assemble and disassemble the outside, and insert the new part after some drilling and replacement of screws. “Since we lived in Firestone Park in the 90s, I almost always go to this Ace Hardware. But about a year ago when I needed some screws that would go into concrete, I was in the Falls and stopped into Menards "to save time". The customer service representative was eager please but had zero knowledge about what I was asking or where to find that type of screw. We wasted at least 20 minutes.So I left straight from there and came to Ace hardware in Firestone Park, and they knew exactly what I needed and suggested a drill bit that ended up being perfect for my needs.They have always been highly knowledgeable, helpful, and the prices are great.Don't waste your time anywhere else ?”

Prices are competitive.
If you need assistance you will get it immediately, unlike the big box stores.
Also they refill your propane tank, Which means you get a full tank not a three quarter tank like the tank exchange places for the same price.”
“We have been renovating an old home over the last few years and the final project was a complete kitchen redo. Eric Rikeman from Adams Kitchen came up with an excellent design, that changed the layout to one that is modern, efficient, and smart looking. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the installation was expertly done. We actually had Eric and his team come back recently and do some custom cabinetry in our dining room to match the kitchen. I very highly recommend Adams Kitchens and Eric Rikeman.”

I said, "I feel bad coming here, getting valuable advice, and walking and paying 80 cents for a washer." "Leave a Google review" was the response from the fellow standing next to him. “This is what used to be called a "mom and pop" hardware store. It's small, by Home Depot standards, but it has an amazing inventory and enough people actually interested in helping you. If you live in the community and have a need for some piece of hardware, a tool, or fixture of some kind...come here first. If they don't have it, fine, hitch up your dog sled and go to Home Depot. But start here first. The town is worth it and so are the people who run this little jewel of a company ou!”
