I been searching for a vehicle this whole month is August on CarGurus and I came across reliance motors. When I got to the dealership I went for a specific car and I couldn’t get it but Abdullah did his best work to put me into a better and nicer car for me and my 1 year old daughter. He took his time and was very patience with me we had a little bit of a situation but he really out did his self he took full control with my insurance,RMV and bank. Very helpful all around the customer service was great not only him but the whole team/business I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome.

Stay away. They lied to me that the car I bought from them had gone through inspection, three weeks after the purchase the muffler completely came off. I should’ve picked up on their suspicious vibes from the start.

Greenleaf auto sales was the worst thing to ever happen to me . I bought a car from them in MAY of this year , upon driving the car I immediately knew it needed breaks I mentioned it and they said it would be fixed when I came to pick it up . I picked it up a few days later and the breaks infact were not fixed ; I had to drive back and get them fixed …. They only fixed TWO of the four breaks . A complete slap job , a month later my car started to drive weird , and my check engine light came on . It was a misfire ; I called them and the man said that they would have someone call me back … nothing . I called 5 times over the weeks all with the same response …none ! 3 months later my car will not drive and they’re “ unable to help me “ because it’s been 3 months . I truly thought these were people I could trust but unfortunately I was wrong and haven read reviews. I wish I saw these before my purchase . I am a single mother with no help or support financially and now have no car or means of transportation . Please stay away from this company .

My car was totaled right before I needed to leave for school. Got a car here, and two days later drove it 1,400 miles and made it here safely with no problems. Great service, friendly guys.

This dealership is waste of money and time. Two years ago , I was sold a 2012 Hyundai Veracruz with engine misfire! Their inspection report was a fabrication of lies...the honk was not working ,and front brakes were changed within the first 2 months. They send me to couple gas stations mechanics, owned by the dealer by the way, who all charged payments instead of telling the truth, that the engine have to be REPLACED!Lacks HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY and PROFESSIONALISM.

These guys, Abe, Rob, Walid, T, and Julio are remarkable. We became like family at once. I met my match for detail to service to both the vehicle and the customers needs. No detail was too small for the crew at Greenleaf to tend to. They were very generous with thier time ,shareing thier expertise. They have quality used cars to choose from. When you do accept delivery of the vehicle, rest assured no detail of service to the vehicle has been overlooked. Expect full service, from financing with the best secure lenders in the country, to top quality full bumper to bumper optional warranty packages, again, the very best there is, and if you like, they have a large full service vehicle mechanic crew on site to bring your vehicle to after your purchase if your in need of top quality, honest mechanical service. Forget the funny stuff, you'll get a nice lift buying a car at Green Leaf Auto. For sure?. 10 stars.

I bought a 2012 Lincoln MKZ from them in 2020. I'm scrapping the car this weekend, almost 2 years later. I bought the car with 101,000 miles on it, and it only has 143,000 miles on it. I remember how odd the sales process was, the weird pressure tactic of the "owner" turning his back on me when I made a counter-offer. He didn't like the fact that I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle up-front. Obviously, it's better for them if you finance your vehicle - they made that clear. The "inspection" was bogus. The windshield wipers didn't work (I didn't notice until I drove away), so how could any inspection miss that? Not even 8 weeks went by before the transmission began changing gears in a "rough manner." Despite their promise that the car was in great condition and the extra $1k I paid for their "mechanic inspection," a real mechanic easily found that the transmission lines were rotted - that was the first $1,600 I paid to repair this car. Since then, the water pump has failed (this is a big deal with this type of car and not an easy fix at all), the air conditioning never worked right - my family and I sweated through hot new england summer traffic for the past 2 years - and the rear differential has failed making the car unable to be driven. These charlatans got me for my money. Never again, and I will warn anyone thinking of doing business with them!!!

Picked up my new whip yesterday and I'm in love! Everyone was nice and helpful. There are always some hiccups in this process, but everything worked out perfectly! Super happy!!

The dealer is a liar: he sold the car with engine misfire and must be replace... the dealership doesn't take accountability for their lies and lack of honesty, rather be unpolite by using profanity when you inderline the the fraud. Do not conduct any business with this dealera as it will result in time waisting as well monetary damages to you folks!

One year ago we bought a Honda Civic for $4200. They ignored my concerns about water in the car said it was just someone leaving the window down. It ended up being the windshield and every time it rained it soaked the dash and water came down on the driver and steering wheel. The engine overheated even though there were fluids in the car. It wasn't worth fixing according to a Honda dealership so off to a salvage for $400. Such a waste of money for a car that was sold in an extremely misleading way. Don't purchase any vehicles from that place. A similar experience happened to my nephew and now he's stuck with a junk car. They act friendly and trustworthy but it's just an act. Go somewhere else for better service.
