Sorry for the one star. Please change your policy of charging 3% fee for credit card and you should disclose to customer before doing any work. The receipt for customer is unprofessional, no warrant.

I found them on Google and they were the closest open location to my work. I went around 1:30 on a Saturday hoping to get my tire patched on my 30 minute lunch break (I had tried to call first, but their voicemail was full). They looked busy (both lifts were occupied with cars that were being worked on) but he was able to squeeze me in right away. He patched my tire, removed the spare, and put the tire back on in less than 15 minutes and I made it back to work on time, although I never even mentioned to him that I was on my break and pressed for time. He also charged me much less than I was expecting. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Eli’s Garage is the friendliest and most trustworthy auto shop in the Boston area. They also have really good prices. I am a longtime fan because it’s so rare to find a business where the mechanic truly cares about and remembers his customers! Tawfik is my go to service tech there.

We are bringing all of our cars to Eli for multiple years now. Every time I am surprised how great, reliable and reasonable priced they are. I had just bad experiences at other mechanics so far but not at Eli! I honestly think the handful of negative comments here are just all Karens. Keep up the great work Eli and the team.

Eli’s garage is the place my ENTIRE family now takes their automobiles to get repaired! I bring my work and personal vehicles here and always get five star treatment at a very affordable price. I highly recommend Eli’s Garage! They are the BEST!!!

Always a pleasure working with Eli's Garage. Have gotten my tires/wheels worked on here a couple times, but my starter died and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue well within the quoted time! Very happy with the service, would recommend to anybody around here.

As common courtesy, I try to call ahead before coming in. I called at 2pm, no answer. Tried again at 2:30pm, still no answer. I decided to test my luck and walked in (I live close by so I got there in 10-15 mins). I told the man at the front desk my headlight was out and it needed replacing. With a condescending look, he says, "you mean headlight?" I didn't like the attitude but just went with it. He takes my car and comes back, giving me the price. I'm doing an errand for my mother and after confirming with her, she decides to wait on it. The next thing he says is, "you still have to pay for the labor" (again, with a slight condescending attitude). At this point, I'm upset because I could have saved my/their time and [my]money if they had just answered their phones. When I express this to them, they just kinda shrug and tell me they're understaffed (mind you, the first man I talked to was on his phone when I walked in). I just paid them the $20 and walked out.

My inspection sticker was expired and I really needed to get inspected and I went a couple of different places who had extremely long wait times and rude service members. Eli's had me in and out in a heartbeat. Were transparent about the wait time and how long to complete. (It was actually done quicker than expected!) Very friendly workers and owner. Will be coming here every year to get inspected from now on. This is a place I felt comfortable as a young woman ALONE.

Great experience at Eli's garage. My car needed important repairs. I had good communication throughout, they ensured I knew what they found and that I agree with the repairs being done. They knew I need my car to work everyday and worked in a timely manner to ensure I had it back as soon as possible (got it back even earlier than predicted!).
