“Place is so awesome. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. Also gives you a lifetime on certain repairs (non physical damage), so you get that peace of mind that if something stops working after the repair, Tech center has your back. My situation was a phone screen that would stay black. I tried everything to get it to show something (hard resets, etc), but it was the display itself causing the issue and it needed a new one. Tyler at Tech center took my phone 15 mins before close. I told him that it was a 20 min drive so if could somehow fix before closing up shop, that would be ideal. Tyler had my phone completely fixed and looking beautiful 10 minutes later. The price was the cheapest I could find as well so having that quality of service at the cheapest labor cost was awesome. I highly recommend checking out tech center for any of your electronic needs. Great to have human beings who know their stuff instead of robots reading scripts! Thank you Tech center and Ty!”
“Ned was able to repair a slightly older than one year old 13 mini that stopped booting after the Apple people told me I'd be better off replacing. The 13 mini model was discontinued and I really wanted to keep it for its small convenient size. Very pleased.”

“I found TechToucan while frantically looking for someone local who could fix my screwed up business emails that had gotten so bad I was missing client e mails. So I called, emailed and Honorius returned my call wlthin an hour. He offered to make a housecall (!) a few hours later. He arrived, set himself up with my computer and my husband; and immediately began to work on my emails my server, my site hosts and by the time he finished 4 hours later, everything computer or internet dependent had been streamlined and worked perfectly. “Tony was great throughout the entire process. Whole thing took 2 visits and he knew exactly what he was doing. My TV suddenly stopped powering on, I tried all the troubleshooting possible and nothing worked.Tony took the a look at the hardware and quickly recognized the motherboard not functioning. Ordered the part and repaired it on the next visit.Really nice guy and very reasonable prices for the work. Saved me from buying a new TV which I’m super grateful for. “Highly recommend this place! This morning I woke up and saw that my laptop had gotten wet from some water that spilled on my desk. The screen was not working and caps lock light was blinking, indicating water damage. I took it to Sam, expecting a costly repair. Fortunately it turned out to be a simple fix (somehow no hardware damage!), but nonetheless it did require him to open up the bottom and unplug something on the motherboard (I’m not tech savvy at all and would not have known how to do this) and run a test of the system to make sure the battery/other components were ok. Even though there weren’t any repairs needed, I greatly appreciated Sam’s help. I’m a student and was panicking at the thought of not having a working laptop. Very grateful to have it back up and running smoothly!”

“Our office purchased a Sony radio in 1985. Over the years it served us well for almost 40 years but, like all of us it started to age. Harder to find stations disappeared, static on some and sometimes just shutting itself off. Looking around nothing stood up to the Sony that seemed well built. We looked into West Suburban...which was slightly scary at first glance. In discussing the problems and the brand with Boris, he reassured us about the reliability of the brand and perhaps simplicity of the repair, gave us an idea of price and timing. Within a week he called explained the work had been simple - switches and cleaning, the cost reasonable. Once back in the office it's working just like 1986. We have another we'll be sending over shortly.”
