The pharmacy staff is not friendly and very rude. This hasn’t changed in years I don’t know how they have made it this far without the state coming in. I’ve sat there without being recognized by any one of them waiting to drop off the scripts for too long.

This place is a joke! They don't answer their phones, don't have social skill set to communicate with customers...rip people off, charge them though they have insurance! Their rude and incompetent!

Ashley Peach at the pharmacy was such a great help! I had some issues with my prescription, but she had all the answers to my questions. Definitely my go to pharmacy all because of Ashley!

For years, I exclusively got my prescriptions from Walgreens because it was literally a 5 minute walk from my house, open 24hrs, and just overall reliable and convenient. Eventually, I started having massive issues with the poor service, incompetence, and huge lack of professionalism from the Walgreens pharmacy staff.It took a lot for me to finally switch to CVS, but I’m SO GLAD I did! The pharmacy and store staff are always helpful and generally very friendly. I like that they have a drive thru option for prescription pickups and covid tests, plenty of parking, and the store is clean and well organized.It’s also usually very quiet in the store, as opposed to Walgreens on ferry st where you have to answer to 6 people asking for change before you get in the door.Again, I am sooo happy with CVS and will continue being a loyal customer!

Understaffed pharmacy. Customer service is terrible. 7 weeks waiting on a prescription, it turns out all the neighboring towns have it. Not once did they check for me until I made a stink. Two miles away in Vinnen Square they had it in another CVS and then sent over only part of the prescription.

This is the CVS at 1080 Eastern Ave in Malden. I found the staff there to be very friendly about reaching products for me because I use a wheelchair and some things are out of reach. I've also found them to be very helpful when packaging my purchases in order to make them fit in the basket on the back of my chair. Just good customer service in general.

My wife got out of the ER and has Covid and bronchitis on New Years Eve. I showed up at 748, 12 minutes before the pharmacy closed. The gentleman took all 3 prescriptions and said give me a few minutes. I am so appreciative of Dennis at the CVS pharmacy in Malden on Eastern Ave. Dennis, you are truly a great human and showed great nobility tonight. It gave me a good feeling going into 2023. Thank you again Dennis!!

I never had an issue except the automated texts need to be updated. You cant text someone their meds are ready n when I get there they're not! It's frustrating if your coming from a distance or even next door so I suggest call before you go n speak with an actual person!!!

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. The pharmacy representative who goes by the name ‘Ty’( I am not sure if that’s how you spell his name for sure as our interaction was over the phone) was completely unprofessional and did not want to help provide information regarding my prepaid prescription pick-up. I can’t say whether he is the pharmacist (I hope not!) or a tech but he provided the worst phone experience. I have been going to this pharmacy for a while and have never come into encounter with him so I am not sure if he is new or not. However, I had a few general questions as this was my first time prepaying for a prescription and he inhaled and exhaled in complete frustration as I proceeded to ask more questions which is completely rude as if I was bothering him while HE WAS DOING his job. He is clearly in the wrong profession and is unhappy with his job. I will not be going to this pharmacy anymore. Most of the reviews on here allude to the rude staff and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now I see that I should have listened.
