The girls at cosmopril were the bomb they were so helpful and then she called another store to get the second color we needed and that lady sent the other color aside and went to that other store that's customer service thank you so much from me so it helped a lot that they could show me and get me the products that I needed to do my cousin's hair some work girls you have no idea how less stressful that makes people when you are that out of going keep it up that's the way to do customer service love

The people who work at the Saugus mass location are awful if your store is not doing well its because of your staff. I called to place an order the girl on the phone knew I was in the car driving and I was told to go online for my order?? Such an inconvenience and this is not the first time with the Saugus store that they made me feel I was bothering them. I called for hairspray one day they told me my card was not working and I had to go in when I went in the card was working fine they made me feellike I'm not a licensed pro I have been for 23 years I never had any issues in Malden mass. I will never be back and always use salon centric bye

The customer service isn’t there to put it nicely. I’ve gone to this location a few times because it’s my only cosmoprof locally and wish it wasn’t. The other times I have been there I’ve never been greeted or asked if I needed help and have been followed around the store. I went in yesterday and was greeted, so I was pleasantly surprised, as soon as I had a question I found one of the employees to ask, she answered in a rude tone as if annoyed I was asking anything and immediately walked away after answering. I was stunned. I turned to walk over to the register and found another employee just staring at me at the end of the aisle, she immediately averted her gaze and walked away. I hate places of service were you feel like you inconvenienced the employees while they’re at work. Do better.

Would have liked to see a better sign that reads. 'This store is for salon professionals only', not just a hand scribbled 'salon professionals only' ... for what?Just trying get something nice for myself amongst life's responsibilities, only to be disappointed this store is not for the general public. I really wasn't expecting that. Maybe allow the public in but don't give the discount if you dont have the profession card?

Screw that place. One lady wouldn't let me in because I wasn't a licensed professional. The person who I was with was and I went along for the ride. The lady refused to let me in in a rude way. There's so many other places to go and other locations don't come to this one.

They NEVER answer the phone. Also, the last time I was in there the girl was super rude so I’d rather drive to Saugus or Danvers.

If I could give zero stars I would the blonde girl in this store is beyond rude. I am not sure if she is the manager or what but her costumer service is terrible and she needs to be trained on how to treat people. She is rude and super snobby. She has been rude to not only myself but my aunt as well as a friend on all different occasions. My family owns hair salons and as an owner of a company myself costumer service needs to be top priority. To walk into a place where you are giving them money and business and to be treated so awful is a disgrace!!! She should really be in the back stocking shelfs and not up in the front dealing with people.
