It took me some time to really think about my experience at this branch location. I am still in a state of "did I just experience such service from a bank teller?" Walking away from my teller experience very concerned on unanswered questions that had been posed by the teller that were sarcastically laced. The lack of desire to provide any clarity that would have informed the customer. Not an experience I am use too with Citizen. Not the right branch for me or the right teller service given by Sase.

My recent encounter with Citizens Bank has regrettably left me utterly disheartened. The deplorable state of customer service, under the apparent "leadership" of a manager named Karl, was both shocking and distressing. As I entered the bank, I was met not with the expected level of customer service but with a disconcertingly aggressive and visibly irate manager. Karl's overtly hostile demeanor was both startling and concerning as he raised his voice and berated me in front of a sizeable audience of customers and teller staff. Karl's demand that I seek service at another branch was delivered with such viciousness that it bordered on intimidation. It is truly unfathomable how Karl, an individual of such a volatile temperament, could be entrusted with the responsibility of representing a service-oriented institution. The utter absence of decorum and respect during this encounter is a stark departure from the basic service standards. This experience has left me not only disillusioned but deeply disappointed in the ability of Citizens Bank to maintain the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care.

Kevin helped me out a lot today setting up a new account. He was doing great at his job with helping me figure out how to set my account up and even walked me out to the atm to show me how the atm works and everything. He mentioned he’s been working there about a month and a half and I’m honestly impressed with his work. Overall great worker

Today i went to the bank Bc my account was close and nobody could tell me anything over the phone .so i went in seeking for answers , Karl the manager helped me and the WHOLE entire time he was very rude didn’t listen to what i was saying and made feel not welcomed to the point where i was already feeling like not doing business with citizen but he made me me feel like i wasn’t a customer ultimately having me to close my account entirely. He in particular was just very rude. Please go to a different branch or talk to someone else

The experience at Citizens Bank today. Was not good the Bank Teller they ask can I help you. Then when you say yes they say sorry our Computer system is down. They don't provide you with any information. By letting you know the ATM Machine is working. Or I am sorry the Computer should be working tomorrow. Very poor Customer Service.

This is literally the biggest joke of customer service I've seen in my 43 years of life. Not to mention endangering random customers. The manager Karl Omoruyi, (he won't give out his real name, not even to police officers calling to take a report.) is a two-faced liar and I can't believe I'm putting something like that in a bank review. what the heck. He refused to answer the phone for corporate calling for him to correct his errors. He refused to answer the phone for police calling him. He refused to answer the phone for my wife calling him because he had her ATM card and my drivers license and refused to give it back illegally while we were 12 hours from home. Imagine being 12 hours from home and some random guy takes away your only source of money, your drivers license and says if you don't leave the bank he is going to call the police, why? Because the ATM machine malfunctioned and ate the card. I'm disabled. Carl stranded me 12 hours from my house with no money and no drivers license because his ATM machine glitched. I had all the paperwork on me to prove that that was my card, I had a power of attorney even on me to prove that I had reason to have the card. he told a police officer if I showed it to him he would give me a cards back. I was wearing a suit. When I showed up to give him the paperwork he told me I was too intimidating to him, I'm 115 pounds and disabled. And he ran away like a little kid and hid in the back and called 911 on me. I waited for the police with my paperwork. They took my side and tried to get the stuff back but he played the "it's my store and I don't have to do business with anyone I don't want to card", which the police officers cannot argue with even if he was breaking rules. I went to another bank location who verified I had the right to have my cards And called him and asked him to return thembut he still refused to give them to me. The police were baffled and told me to sue him for discrimination. He also instructed all of his tellers not to talk to me or my wife on the phone. literally the worst banking situation of my life. What I remember best is Carl sitting there smiling to the police officer that if I just return with the proper paperwork everything will be fine and when I returned he called 911, the police were not amused with him at all. Simpering fool is I think the correct term. Dont make me get into the tellers, who looked like they were going to explode. lol. Worst bank ever, remember this came from me trying to use their ATM!
