  Extremely busy location and tiny branch but staff are friendly.

  Very unprofessional! Lack of customer service training was obvious. The manager was not aware or did not care address the rude staff. I went to cash a check and another teller who had no business told me I should use the ATM. Come on, show some Malden pride!

  Rude staff. Tall male employee in a suit was very rude to me. I’ll be avoiding this location.
