If I could give a zero I would, just move to malden and find this branch nearby my house… I had a representative with curly blonde hair this morning! she was extremely mean and had an attitude! That piercing on the top of your lips is so unprofessional and not representable, not even surprise it match your attitude…

I love this bank and their staff....Everyone is always so friendly. Also, they never have customers at the drive thru's waiting long periods of time..They move right along....The other bank in everett is terrible for sitting long periods and WAITING, sometimes 15 minutes or longer...I try to avoid that branch, but the malden, mass branch is nothing but great!!!

I recently had a problem with my debit card for my business. It had been compromised and had to be cancelled. I was told that I'd be receiving a new card within 7-10 days. 20 days went by and still no card. I called the Malden Century Bank and spoke with Carmen. Carmen did an outstanding job getting the situation cleared up and putting a RUSH on my new debit card. I am very thankful for her assistance. Thank you Carmen!!

This Century bank branch is my favorite, the people are nice, the parking lot is huge, the drive thru is really fast. The location is convenient, I've had my saving account with Century Bank since I was a child, if comparing to another bank like Bank of America go with Century you won't be disappointed, thanks Century for helping me save money..
