Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. “Quick, responsive and qualified.. what else do.you say about a service like this? My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!”
“I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless.
A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later.
Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an appointment scheduled for my next replacement!

“My auto mechanic recommended this shop to have my windshield replaced and I see why. This is a family-owned business and every aspect of my experience was outstanding. There was a question as to whether it could be repaired or required replacement in order to pass inspection and they explained that while technically it would pass with just a repair there was a high probability that it would "spider" and crack again definitely requiring replacement. They said it would take between 3 and 4 hours and that was exactly what it took. The shop also replaces and repairs any glass, not just automobiles; windows, mirrors, etc. I highly recommend it.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”

“Above and beyond service with same day replacement!! Broke my windshield late at night just 2 days before I had to catch a flight and wouldn’t be back until a week later. I called early in the morning and made it clear that I was on a time crunch and would need it done by the next morning before 5am for my flight. I knew I was asking for almost the impossible as others had already told me they couldn’t do it in time. Rico and his team went above and beyond to help me out by ordering the windshield and saying they would try to come out and replace it IF the windshield got delivered later that day. It also helped that I had a pretty generic make and model car (Toyota Tacoma). They (2 people) came all the way to where I was located in Gloucester and was finished within 30 min! I am forever appreciative especially with the time constraints I had. Tipped them handsomely and had to insist they take it.Sidenote: Said they would call me when they finished and although I was a bit hesitant, I went inside my house. I had a bunch of stuff in the car but nothing seemed to be missing.Overall, seems like a humble and great crew so far. I will maybe update later on the quality and durability of the windshield, if it holds up, etc, after waiting the estimated waiting time to drive.”

“Amazing! We had a car broken into and the driver’s side window was shattered. We called at 8:45am he ordered the glass and had the car back at 2. They even were so nice as to clean up the rest of the shattered glass inside the vehicle. He also charged a very fair price. I hope we don’t need glass again but if we do we will be back.”

“Had a great experience - my insurance scheduled with them automatically so I was not sure what to expect. I had to get my driver side glass replaced so it was about an hour worth of work. Waited about that time which was expected and they were very friendly. I have a ford car so it may be that it's a more common car (I see some reviews where people say they did not have a replacement needed) but at least for me the appointment was set up within 48 hours and now I am all set.”

“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”
