I called this location because I made an order online and I received another person's order. I tried calling to resolve and the young girl that works there hung up on me! I had no tone in my voice and I called with the kind driver who delivered my order to see if the order was still at the restaurant because he said he would pick it up if it was still there. They were very rude and hung up on me when I called the other 2 times after I was hung up on the first time. That location is the worst and even the driver told me he doesn't like picking up from that location because they are RUDE. It was my first time ordering from that location and I had no clue they were like that but now that I do know, I will NOT be ordering from that location.

Food is always accurate, neat and fresh, but service can be awkward and rude. Unfortunately it's hard to find a BK that doesn't mess up orders, so I'll keep coming back.

I like this location a lot. Customer service is great. Restaurants is very clean. I also like the window view. My order was up very early then expected. Great! Every time I go to this location. I am pleased.

I ordered a unsweet tea on the app for drive through, which cost, $3 and change. They did not have that drink and said they were unable to offer the refund. They offered an alternative drink, but I was no interested because they were either very sugary beverages or cost less (soda is only $1-$2 dollars). Spoke to the manager and they were not willing to do a food swap of similar value and would ONLY do a beverage trade which would mean that the customer will take the hit and lose money. Come on BK, do better, if the item doesn't exist, take it off the menu at that time or refund the customer. Dont force them to lose money just because you dont stock your location well. Additionally, have better customer service. This is a horrible experience.

If you want a good burger, do not go here!!! they don’t even know how to make a simple whopper. The order was totally wrong, and the food literally was not cooked.

ordered thru the mobile app for drive-thru pickup, got there and they said someone had already picked up my order. would not offer a refund or replace the food, even though I showed them the order AND drive thru code thru the app on my phone. they told me to take it up with the BK app's customer service. staff was incredibly rude during the entire interaction and offered no form of rectification. didn't even ask if i'd like to place an order then and there at the window. I only give it 4 stars cause children play area in this location is closed. It's been closed for a while now and nobody knows when they will reopen it. Anyway great food and great service.Kid-friendliness: Kids get free burger King hats.
