Worst customer experience ever.I reserved a truck and agreed for pick up time and location. Once there however the there was no one in the store! I waited 1:30h and Called the customer service which were aboe only to process an online request. I tried to explain it was kind of urgent for me as I took commitments with workers to load and u load furniture but apparently there was nothing they could do for me..according to “the process” someone should have called me within 2hI am still waiting to be contacted!!!Luckily for me I found a U-Haul nearby.It s unacceptable that with avalid reservation a company such this could be such unreliable. I lost 2h of my time

Do not go here. They tricked me into paying them $ for parking after I asked where the lot was. They told me there wasn’t one. I hadn’t ever been here and turns out there’s free parking for the place I had asked about it. Apparently they knew. Fraudulent jerks. Let the DOI know for claim related things to look out for inflation from these people.

Good prices and nice people, but they don't have enough vans to meet demand and cancelled our moving van rental less than 24 hours before we were set to pick it up. They did call to let us know and apologized. Apparently, FedEx offered to extend their rental of the vehicle we had reserved for 3 additional weeks. Can't blame them for wanting to maximize revenue, but it's a poor experience for customers and put us in a stressful situation to find a plan B with less than 24 hours notice.

I scheduled a reservation a week in advance. They canceled it the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck. Apparently they "didn't have enough trucks." Would not recommend.

Would Not Recommend! I made a reservation online about 2 weeks in advance for a rental to pick up at this location and drop off about 30 miles away. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that the truck couldn't be taken one way and had to be brought back to the same location. I was offered an "in-town" rate and quoted about $20 below the reservation price. Although I was disappointed, I agreed to bring it back to the same location since I didn't want to scramble to find a new truck on the day of the move. After I returned the truck to the same location they end up charging me MORE than the reservation price when the payment cleared a few days later. I figured since I was doing them the favor they would honor the reduced rate. I was wrong. After I called to ask why the rate was higher the attendant said the company wanted to cancel my reservation all together that morning, and made it seem like they were doing me the favor by letting me bring the truck back. Needless to say it's quite disappointing that both the Budget company and this location let me down. I chose them since their reservation price was the lowest amongst competitors but if they aren't willing to honor their reservations, does it matter? I guess you get what you pay for...

I've rented trucks from here a few times, and unfortunately I probably will again because they are cheap and close. The staff is rude and usually late. They have that townie attitude in which they'll make you feel bad for arriving early/ontime. The trucks are not well kept. Their technology is from the 80's. Expect the process to take waaaay longer than it needs to. If your truck has a problem and you call them for advice, expect nothing but blame.
