The personal is most helpful and polite.....go out of their way to be helpful even when you call the service is all how can I help you.....they are patient when I need help to change a password on my computer, which believe me needs the patience of Jobe They make phone calls if need be and correct errors for you, I love Brookline Bank, I am a fairly new customer. I had been with a Medford Bank for about forty plus years , and they kept changing banks, Finally the last one I was assigned to was so bad the employees were rude, acted like it was a massive problem to help you. I wanted to stay in Medford so I shopped around and chose Brookline Bank and I'm so happy I did
