“My experience at Bella Sera was like night and day compared to the other salons I had previously visited. The space is clean, the staff are friendly, and the selection is amazing. Sarina was my stylist and she couldn't have done a better job. She looked over my intake form and considered my reference photos, and had the perfect dress picked out for me after talking to me for 5 minutes. She appropriately challenged me to try some styles that were different from what I'm used to, while still making selections that made sense for me based on what I requested. We tried on so many beautiful dresses that I loved, but ultimately I ended up going with the first one I tried on. Sarina is so talented and I am so grateful that I ended up at Bella Sera for my dress shopping experience.”

“Bonnie absolutely saved the day when it came to my wedding dress! The dress shop ordered a size that was completely inappropriate (see images), and most tailors wouldn’t touch it. Bonnie came up with a plan that only a true dressmaker could accomplish and she executed flawlessly. It fit like a GLOVE, and the bustle she made worked perfectly as well. “If you like the design, go for it. I bought a few basic pieces to wear occasionally and casually. They were just a few hundred bucks so I didn't have high expectations for the metal or germs. However, despite my infrequent use, the earrings have been tarnished severely and I couldn't figure out a way to fix it. That never happened to my other more expensive pieces. I am a bit disappointed and decided to sell it on other platforms like Ebay.”

“I visited Brahim at the recommendation of a friend to buy my wife's engagement ring over 4 years ago, and I still feel compelled to share my EXCEPTIONAL experience with him, his family and his business. Every time I walked into his shop, he had one of the most inviting personalities I've come across, but aside from that was his vision, his attention to detail, and his flexibility. I wanted to design a ring for my wife as opposed to buying one at a larger jeweler. From day 1, he was quick in hearing what I was looking for, and putting that into a sketch design of what it would look like. He and I came up with a plan for the metal, the total carat size, and the quality of the diamond. Later on when the engagement ring was made, we also made a plan to customize a wedding band that would fit exactly with the design of the engagement ring. Of course, she loved it, and I could not be more thankful for what he and his family were able to do for us. I've since sent a few other people his way that are looking to make the same life plans. If you're in the market for wedding rings, don't hesitate to pay him a visit. You won't regret it. Thank you for everything Brahim!”

Not only did they get my daughter the dress she really wanted for prom, but they also had it shipped to us in less than a week. Other stores were telling me they couldn’t get it until after prom. “Make bhldn your first stop on your search for your wedding dress! I had two back-to-back appointments, the first at another nearby store, and the second at bhldn. I left my first appointment so discouraged and stressed due to the selection and my dismissive stylist. At bhldn, I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I set foot in the store. My stylist (Meg? Maddie?) was ready for me right away, and had dresses ready for me from the online intake form when I made the appointment. She was training another stylist, and gave both of us ample attention, with patience and passion. She listened to my feedback about what I liked or would change about each dress, and eventually pulled one that I hadn't considered - of course, I put it on and cried, and that dress ended up being The Dress! Notably, I never felt pressured, and my body was spoken about neutrally and with respect, when relevant. I felt safe and comfortable, my dress arrived within a few weeks, and highly recommend bhldn Chestnut Hill for your wedding dress!”
