Slowest bank I have ever been too. It took 45 mins to get to the front of a 5 person line. They have two tellers but only one helps at a time... I don't get it

This is the second time in 17 years of being with bank of America that I experienced this poor customer service. The manager Mauro Francisco Bartolon has poor customer service skills and poor communication. The first time he stated that they didn't have a notary available, Today, the refused to sign my documents.This branch needs a training..

Every time I go to this bank in Malden I have problems cashing my check. When I go to Everett I never had any problems. I do not recommend.

Avoid coming to this branch as you can. Staff is cold with the service attitude of a government agency. Came here for notary and left with unpleasant experience.

After returning from an international trip, I had extra currency that I wanted to convert back to USD. Walking in on a Wednesday afternoon, there was only one person in front of me for the single running counter. By the end of my exchange there was about another 10 people behind me. The only working woman was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind. My only critique is that she really should have had back up to address the long line of clients.

Has been using it for years. It’s closer to you and good to get suggestions from the front desk but hard to get people to service you due to the long wait. It’s a small center and it will meet its capacity easily.

You can't get any service. I went there to a reference letter she told me that they will send it in 3day. I haven't received yet. And I went to an another bank and was able to get the letter in half a hour.

I needed a signature on a document (should be like a 2 minute process) so I tried to call to ask about it. I called 6 times over the course of several days, no one answers the phone. It just says "sorry we're busy" and hangs up on you. Finally went in person and got "oh we're too busy today you need to make an appointment." Fine. I made an appointment. Showed up for my appointment, waited 20 minutes. Asked what was taking so long "oh sorry it's going to be another 20 minutes." Why the F did I make an appointment then? I had to get back to work so I left. I'll never go back.

This branch is absolutely terrible and provides little to no service. At any given time and particularly when it’s extremely busy, they only have 1-2 tellers available to help and end up with huge lines with people waiting for a long time when we have lives and places to be as well making it super annoying and frustrating. On top of that, I’ve been calling the branch here on centre street a malden for almost an hour and keeps saying everyone is busy and with someone. So no one gets up for an hour and goes anywhere? Bathroom? Water? Nothing? Everyone is just so busy that they can’t answer the phone for a customer? Absolutely terrible service I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless it’s to make a transaction that doesn’t require face to face interaction and just let the ATM do whatever you need done cause chances are a machine can help you more than a human being can.

I’d give this branch 0 stars if I could. It truly is not a trained or efficient place to do your banking. They don’t handle any process correctly. We’ve had to make multiple trips to this location due to their own mistakes and never picking up their phone. If you want something done correctly and in a timely fashion, I highly suggest you find another branch to go to. Save yourself the stress!
