“had an unfortunate incident where my Mercedes was backed into at the gas station across the street, and I chose Ultra Collision Center for the repairs. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. Even though the person who hit my car had low-quality insurance, Ultra Collision went above and beyond to handle everything.
They were in constant communication with the insurance company and worked tirelessly to increase the amount they were willing to cover for my repair. Their dedication ensured my car was fully restored to perfection.
Before the repairs even started, a separate third-party driver scratched the top of my left rearview mirror. I mentioned it to the owner of Ultra Collision and asked for a quote to repair the scratch. To my surprise, when I got my car back, they had repaired it for free!
On top of that, they made getting a rental car seamless—providing one right when I dropped off my car. When I got my Mercedes back, I was blown away; it looked even better than before the accident!

“This is the Very Best Auto Body Shop in Boston! I’ve been to many shops and Marcelo’s was the best by far! From the very begging he and his team took care of my insurance claim and dealt with all the paperwork and scheduling.

Today I had to stop by to charge my car battery that was completely dead and Bryan was the one that helped me and this time I really felt like writing this review just to say how helpful and friendly he is. Thanks Bryan for providing a great service and thanks Malden Auto Zone I will always come back.”
“As a woman with no experience with cars and being single, I had to walk into a shop full of men and ask for help. Even though the men there were extremely gracious to begin with and found out what the issue was and called my dealership because they thought that it was an extended warranty type issue, they sent me home and told me they'd call me. They never did. I called the mid-afternoon he told me people get busy and was a little bit rude about it and told me he'd call me by the end of the day and he never did. I found another mechanic and I actually called them and I told them that if they say they're going to call somebody, they need to stick to their word, they are a business, and because of them not getting back to me at all, I went to another mechanic and I gave them all of my business which was a 1500 dollar job, and the part that I originally went for, was covered by my dealership. So they lost out on the money and I'll never go back. But I will say and the reason I gave them four stars was because when I originally walked in there they were very nice and being a woman on her own, that was appreciated. However, they need to work on their follow-through”
