“After returning from an international trip, I had extra currency that I wanted to convert back to USD. Walking in on a Wednesday afternoon, there was only one person in front of me for the single running counter. By the end of my exchange there was about another 10 people behind me. The only working woman was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind. My only critique is that she really should have had back up to address the long line of clients.”
