The tow drivers are dangerous and drive recklessly. Today, Feb 3rd at 9:15am, one of the drivers was southbound on 95 near Concord and not following safe distance from passenger vehicles. While aggresively riding this person's tail, the driver was using his phone. Completely unprofessional and a danger to the public. Will be reporting them to DOT

As part of a end-of-lease offer, my vehicle needed to be towed away for auction. However, I hadn't yet picked up my new vehicle as it was delayed due to supply-chain issues. I didn't want to be without a car, so I wanted to coordinate towing the old vehicle on same day I got the new one.Sounds easy enough, but there was quite a bit of back-and-forth with the dealer so the date kept moving. Luckily, David was patient and flexible with the situation (which took more than a week to resolve) and gave me his cell phone number to use, even over the weekend, so we could se it up.David was great to work with and made it so easy to do this! He's the son of the owner, BTW, so hat's off to the next gen!

My tire popped and they didn't have anything to do to help, they not only looked at us but they spoke with us. When we arrived I pulled up and stated "can you help we need air in our tire but I don't have the cash on me right now you can take and hold anything ie. My ID and I'll return with the cash" he just tapped the air machine (which wasn't in service) and left we sat out there for 30 minutes while we waited for the kids father to arrive and help us pump the tire. They didn't check on us or anything there was no humane reaction to the stress out family was under. Don't come here Ever.

Full service gas station - ok pricing. I'm personally perfectly fine for paying for whatever stops the pump from filling if it's an odd number. Instead they want to round it without asking - costing more.

I saw on FB & elsewhere this place is involved in robbing homes via the son-in-law Rob DesRochers. They work as a team if they have your address. Stay away unless you want to robbed!

This should be ZERO stars! This business follows illegal business practices. ************* requires vehicles towed be charged at $108 with $35 charged for every additional day in storage. And customers by law can pay to retrieve their car by either credit card, debit card, or cash. Andys towed my vehicle and told me (on the same day they towed it) that I had to pay $250 cash to get it back. I told them I didnt have cash and I was told that was too bad. I needed to find cash if I was going to get my car back. When I did pick it up (same evening) they gave me 2 receipts from different ledgers. One was for a total of $108 - presumably the receipt they will allow the state to see. The other receipt was for another $108 charge plus $35 for an additional day of storage. This second receipt apparently represents the money they helped themselves to - hoping someone from out of state and several hours away would pay and then ignore. But I have since done my homework and see I was ripped off. The ************* ********************************* also confirmed this.

Stay away from this place, bunch of scammers running the business. They warned me to change my battery and brakes immediately, thankfully I went to a different shop and found out there is no problem with my car.
