Place has gone severely downhill. The sorry excuses for employees they have couldn't have LESS interest in honoring the signs attached to products, act haughty and dismissive, and can barely communicate. I'd give fewer stars if I could.

Owner is crazy lady she fire the new employees without pay , employees are doing work 10 to 15 days on him trust after that she fire the employees they demand money, Sonia and morice they are rude behavior each other

Kevin in malden is great kid would be 5 stars but they need more help on over nights even u til 2 am always a long line and has cost me $"$$ more than once playing lottery missing games due to counter guys being overwhelmed or backed up due to being alone

Busy place all the time. This place has you covered 24hrs a day when you need something in pinch and everything else is closed.

Terrible, horrible service. Rude lady at the register doesn’t answer anything when I asked about my mobile pick up order and then later she puts 2 bags on the counter, doesn’t say anything at all, looking at a tablet without regard for me or all the other customers waiting in line. 5 minutes later she gestures to next customer for him to approach the checkout and I ask if my order is ready, she gestures again pointing her hands to the bags. Funny thing is she got mad after I expressed my disappointment of her service.She ignores customers and isn’t mindful of our time.I’ll never buy at that place again.
