Called them multiple times no answer. Finally arrived and asked to make a money order for him to smile and say the machine doesn’t work. I questioned him about not answering the phone and he continued to repeat the machine doesn’t work like a dummy. Not realizing had he answered the phone like he’s supposed to I would’ve received my answer and not had to waste money nor a trip. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend and don’t advertise things you don’t do.

Today is 2/12/24 @1:30pm.
Entered the store to purchase soda chips and 2 hotdogs. Hotdog bread was cold, no condiments available accept for onions. When we asked the 3 employees for a refund they said they couldn't reimburse us.
The soda machine was down and at the time being worked on. Freezers were empty so I could only purchase a can of coke.
This place is going down and getting worse by the day. Everytime I go into this store it's always a problem. Very low on most items. Workers couldn't communicate with me. Horrible!!
! I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is getting bad beyond repair. Never again.

Place has gone severely downhill. The sorry excuses for employees they have couldn't have LESS interest in honoring the signs attached to products, act haughty and dismissive, and can barely communicate. I'd give fewer stars if I could.

Owner is crazy lady she fire the new employees without pay , employees are doing work 10 to 15 days on him trust after that she fire the employees they demand money, Sonia and morice they are rude behavior each other

Kevin in malden is great kid would be 5 stars but they need more help on over nights even u til 2 am always a long line and has cost me $"$$ more than once playing lottery missing games due to counter guys being overwhelmed or backed up due to being alone

Worst place to go ever, the people don’t care about the customer at all. Probably the employees aren’t being taken care of. Try some other store instead.
