I can absolutely understand your frustration and anger with the absolutely horrendous apartment experience I just went through while attempting to move in. Can you believe they demanded a staggering 10,000 documents? And their so-called "service" was utterly worthless, plagued with never-ending and utterly pointless questions. The individuals in their office displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism that left me utterly dumbfounded. Frankly, I'm convinced they must actively seek out individuals with the least competence to fill those roles.If you're actively seeking ways to plummet into a pit of disappointment and pure fury, let me assure you, this place is an absolute goldmine for achieving that. I can't even put into words how deeply infuriated and exasperated I am by the whole ordeal.

Leasing team (met with Tim) is very friendly and responsive. Corridors have leaks when touring, but the apartment itself looks nice enough. Didn't end up signing the lease due to personal reasons but the process was rather pleasant.

This apartment had a severe leak due to a heavy rain in early May. The maintenance gave us bad experience but until now, July, they do not want to give any compensation.

Very terrible living expirence if you accidentally locked yourself out. You will get charged 100 bucks along with the maintainance person yelling at you:” what’s wrong with you…!!!!!” With very unpleasant tone. I asked for a backup key before, but the apt said no. They use very old lock without smart keys, and the door locked automatically when it’s shut. I don’t understand as a resident, why I need to bear this horrible service attitude. There’s also bugs in the kitchen. I don’t cook at all… awful living expirence in general.

Poor management extremely unprofessional, no response for incoming renters. How could you expect good management and living experience with managers don’t even care about their jobs? Location is good but I promise you could find a way better place to live with almost the same price.

Avoid this place unless you want to overpay. The utility is STUPID high here ($200+ for 1b1b, I usually pay $70-100 for all other luxury apartments I used to live in the past 7 years in Boston), the management team still needs improvement, package loss is common, and morning noise is a daily routine. Don’t mislead by agents/brokers, this apartment is DEFINITELY not worth for the listing price. By the way, good luck with getting your security deposit back. Be sure to schedule an inspection and do whatever they tell you to avoid the PRICY carpet change fee.

As a resident of apartment 160 pleasant st, we will be awaken EVERY Monday, Wednesday and sometimes Friday at 7:15 -7:30 am by the huge noise created by the trash pick up truck. I found it very annoying after trying to adapt to it and failed.

My son Moving from out of state, we called and made an appointment to tour. Barbara treated us as though we had some kind of disease from the moment she saw there was 4 of us (my husband and I, my twin sons) She kept saying she could not be around all of us. We all 4 had been vaccinated as well. It was such a rude, degrading and embarrassing experience, that my husband and I walked out and if the apartment had been $1.00 a month we would not have rented from her period. It was clearly personal from her and in that case she SHOULDNT BE SHOWING APARTMENTS WITH REAL PEOPLE! What a waste of time!

Clovis is by far the best PM I have ever meet. He actually want to sit down and solve your problems with positive attitude. I can tell that this building is putting much more effort to improve its customer service.
