The clothes were really nice and the store was well kept (except for their door being broken. I was there looking for a dress for my bridal shower in two weeks. I had looked at every other store and decided to give WHBM a shot. They didn't have dresses in my size, but one of the sales ladies offered that I could buy it online and that it would be delivered within the two weeks. The other sales lady made a snarky remark as to why I had waited so long. Like I wasn't fully aware of the deadline? I don't think I'll be returning to that store for that reason alone, she was rude and the remark was totally uncalled for. Even my fiance was appalled that she said that. That's not a way to win customers.

Rude staff. Islamophobic remarks made by the manager on duty and defended by the manager. They need a change in management and an overhaul in staff training and attitudes. Being rude to customers of different faiths is not AMERICAN and NOT acceptable.

I just had one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I can remember in quite some time... Although reading the Yelp Review prior to mine, (slamming them for being racist... ) It is probably just because I am white that I had a good experience. (Note the obvious sarcasm here.) From the minute I walked into the store, I felt that the entire staff was eager to please. Trying to outfit my post-pregnancy bod to look halfway decent and still professional at work (with a frustrated baby in the stroller) is not an easy task! Not that I've ever been particularly fond of it... but I've grown to hate clothes shopping. When I realized I hadn't ventured out for myself in probably close to two years (pre-pregnancy and baby), I knew I was due... however every time I go shopping, it leads me to frustration and I come up with excuses to just quit and go home, only to wake up disappointed with the same lackluster and unsatisfying wardrobe. Both staff members went out of their way to search the store for exactly what I was looking for. I can be critical, demanding and have high expectations for good service, so it should be even further noted that I was impressed! I fell in love with several of the items that Carisa brought to me in the fitting room, but was disappointed to see a $90 price tag on each one. When I inquired about the price as she kept supplying more options, she happily informed me that it was buy one get the second 50 % off... And if I became a registered customer I would get an additional 10% off of everything. This made it that much easier to rationalize the purchases. (I told her that I hate getting massive emails and she even went out of her way to remove me from excess mailings as she registered me). I have not felt such attention to customer service from someone selling retail clothing years (or ever?) There is nothing more annoying than unattentive, clueless sales people (as most of the millennials are in my opinion )... but equally annoying is a pushy sales person will not leave you alone. Carisa was the epitome of friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable... Not to mention incredibly efficient. I was just so pleased I felt the need to post the great review! I wish every shopping experience could be like this one!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went there yesterday and there was only one other customer in the store. The workers were very unhelpful. I tried in a dress and the lady said that she would get me a belt- well, she left me there for about 15 minutes. I walked out if the dressing room, made eye contact with the workers and they ignored me. I finally changed into my clothes and was trying to look for necklaces with my dress. I was so aggravated and disappointed, I decided not to buy anything there. I put my clothes down and went to the Northshore Mall where they were helpful. I'm not going back to WHBM Lynnfield- too bad, it's convenient for me, but I don't think it's right to be obnoxious to customers.
