I really wish I could leave a 0 Star Review but theres no option for that it seems. If theres one place worse than the DMV its this Trash heap of a place they call "The UPS Customer Service Center." Let me cut to the chase by saying these people dont care if your on your own death-bed waiting for the last and final gift of your life... I can assure you THEY WILL make sure your delivery is delayed if its the last thing they do! Dont bother checking for updates on their dog water app becuase half the time the delivery window is wrong anyway. Trust me when I say this, these people couldnt deliver a package if their life depended on it, give these people a bag of patatoes they'd probably lose it one way or another. Let this be a reminder for anyone ordering off any other site other than Amazon, If you see UPS is delivering your order just make sure you order 3 months in advanced that way your package arrives on time! Burn this place to the ground!

Useless customer service. I received a notice regarding a hazmat shipment that was not a hazmat item. Incident at Lynnfield, MA facility. You cannot speak to a person and the website’s phone number connects you to an automated system that is useless. If this was hazardous, and it is not, you would be in real trouble…and so would they. I’m going to speak to the shipper about this and advise that they never use UPS to ship my orders again.

If u want to talk to a representative say NO when asked if it’s about a package. I learned this after wasting too much time with the automated system that couldn’t understand anything I said.

I work in the warehouse and UPS doesn’t care about safety. If you report something about safety you get punished. There are tons of equipment that is broken and unsafe that has hurt employees and still isn’t fix. UPS is aware of this and refuses to fix unsafe equipment.

Horrible customer service. Went in this morning to send a package and the lady came out with a nasty attitude asking me to go some place else because she didn’t have label to print. They should close this office. The service and attitude is horrible

Had a small box delivered was left out in the rain. Box was soaked, driver didn't bother putting it in a plastic bag. Company no longer has a live person to speak to, and online website is useless.

Lynnfield Massachusetts customer service center advertises hours of 8 AM to 12 Noon. We brought several large heavy packages there this morning and were told by the person behind the counter that she did not have an ID and could not create shipping labels, and that the person who could do this was on vacation until next week. Hard to believe - I thought UPS was a billion dollar worldwide company !

I can only speak to the woman who work the desk for walk in customers. Their service is excellent and they work hard to help their customers. I have all my shipments there and the customer service is exceptional.

UPS HAS THE WORST, LAZIEST TRUCK DRIVERS/DELIVERY PEOPLE I EVER ENCOUNTERED! THEY NEVER, EVER PICK UP PACKAGES! Driver was flying down the road with the door open and packages flew out the door, he stopped picked up and drove off again fastttttt ,and kept door open.

I’ve had THREE count ‘em THREE separate packages STOLEN from the seasonal fentanyl addicts they have working at this distribution center—including one where a worker stole my girlfriends earrings, cut the label off, put it on another package with dummy earrings to hide their tracks. Ruined my Christmas!!
