WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - My partner and I purchased the Reed Dining Room Table with "White Glove Delivery". The delivery team showed up an hour after their 2-hour delivery time frame and didn't have the hardware for the product, so left the wood in pieces in our kitchen. We were told that we'd have a call by end of day rescheduling the delivery but received no call.
Pottery barn customer service hung up when we called to ask them how we could reschedule the hardware delivery and assembly after receiving no call from them.
Almost a week and multiple customer service call attempts later, they said they had re-sent the hardware and couldn't reschedule delivery until we received the hardware. When we received the "hardware" all they had sent was an owner's manual pamphlet. They then called us to ask us to send a photo of the owner's manual back to them so they could verify what hardware was even needed since they didn't actually know.
After over a week from original delivery we still had no hardware and no resolve in sight, so ended up purchasing the hardware at a local hardware store and assembling the table ourselves.
There was no apologies or offers to resolve/refund for the "white glove delivery and assembly" that never happened. Our first and last Pottery Barn experience.

My significant friend spent over $900 to receive the most horrendous, racially ludicrous customer service ever. DO NOT enable despicable behavior by ignorant people. PITIFUL!

walked into the store and was told in a rude manner by an employee that "if you aren't here to shop then you need to get out." if i walked into a store why wouldn't i be there to shop. i received no "welcome in" or "hello how are you today" before that rude message. this was a rude encounter and i do not suggest talking going to the lynnfield market street location if you do not wish to be greeted rudely and have a bad experience.

Have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Pottery Barn. I’m kind of shocked by some of these reviews. I have had both the most helpful and friendly sales associates and designers each time I have shopped at the store. They were also incredibly realistic about the timelines for shipping etc.One of the designers Kendra has been an amazing resource in helping to design two rooms in my house and even looking at pictures and FaceTiming us to ensure the sizing of things would fit correctly in our space. I am so happy with everything we have purchased and will absolutely be shopping with them again and getting Kendra’s help with whatever design questions I have.

I shop here weekly. I usually work with Matt. No issues. Great products. Worth the price. Come here and look around for ideas. Watch their sales. You will learn how to get things on sale. If you can afford full price, just make an appointment and someone will help you. Just showing up as a walk in is hit or miss.

Quality is not there!! See photos attached of my brand new custom sofa the moment it was delivered. After filing complaint found more loose strings. The customer service after point of sale is horrendous. I received a very damaged sofa and the customer service agent that called me due to the delivery person’s report started screaming at me that she would only look for replacement legs. After calling the store they said a ‘couch medic’ would come out. Found out today the lady never contacted the couch medic. Will not buy here again, many other options that will not deliver a damaged sofa. Customer service is RUDE RUDE RUDE. Very offensive.

Horrible customer service. Walked in, 3 workers looked at us and walked away. Made eye contact with a worker a few times and she consistently kept an eye on us and never offered assistance. Too pretentious for their own good, absolutely would not recommend.

Doesn't seem overly willing to come out to check my place for design ideas. Says they have no time in the weekend yet it allowed me to make the appointment. If you can't follow through then don't allow people to use in home design services. Simply remove the service from your website and state you only do virtual. They said I can come into the store and buy things. I mean well obviously I can go in any store and purchase items and ask any random person for ideas. I felt disappointed I would not want to purchase items from this company. If you don't care about money then I can come in and I'll bring a brochure from a different company you can help me pick out items from their catelog if you don't want to come to my house.

Nothing exciting here. Usually something says "buy me" but I had no problem leaving everything on it's shelf.
