If you have fitness goals you want to achieve, B Strong Bootcamp is the place to start. Mike is extremely motivating. He targets all fitness levels and pushes you to see results. For those just starting out, he provides modifications and will positively motivate you to succeed. Throughout my time with Mike, I've gained so much strength and endurance. Not to mention, I also dropped a good amount of weight. You will certainly not be disappointed by Mike and his amazing classes. He is extremely personable and truly cares for each student.
